Walk to restaurants, outlet shopping, and more! Seaside Village is conveniently located just across the street from the outlets and you'll be just a short drive or bus ride from downtown Ocean City's Boardwalk, less than a mile-and-a-half away. Buses run all day in-season, so you can leave your car and ride into town, a great way to avoid traffic and parking hassles. Dozens of great restaurants are within a short walking distance just a few blocks away, such as Hooper's Crab House, Outback Steakhouse, Sakura Japanese Steak, Seafood House & Sushi Bar, and more. The surrounding area has a fun mix of things to do. Assateague Island's state and national parks are just a short drive away, where you can visit the island's resident wild ponies and other native wildlife, and enjoy pristine uncrowded beaches, picnic areas, hiking trails, and more. Seaside Village is also just a short drive from Ocean Downs Casino, miniature golf, go-cart racing, and some of the area's freshest seafood - brought in daily from local fishing docks.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
