Situated in the port of Saint-Goustan, this recently renovated house will charm you with its level of comfort and decoration. Accessed via an alleyway leading down to the quays, it's the ideal place to enjoy the summer in complete privacy, in a very exclusive location. The harbour restaurants and the town of Auray are within walking distance. A diamond in its setting. A must-see!
This recently renovated house, located in an alleyway in the old port of Saint-Goustan, enjoys a very exclusive location and offers top-of-the-range facilities, nestled in its own jewel case.
The house has been lovingly decorated to make it particularly welcoming. On the ground floor, there is a comfortable living room with an integrated kitchen, and on the first floor there are three bedrooms (1 master suite with a bedroom with a 160cm bed and dressing room, and 2 bedrooms with 90cm beds).
Each floor has its own shower room with toilet.
This property is a rare gem in a rare location. The ideal place to spend a charming, unforgettable holiday and enjoy the region to the full. Not to be missed.
Located in a pedestrian-only area, the house is not accessible by car. Free parking nearby.

Auray is ideally situated in Southern Brittany, between Vannes and Lorient. It is at the crossroads of the access routes to the Quiberon peninsula, the beaches of Carnac and the famous Golfe du Morbihan, listed in the exclusive Club of the most beautiful bays in the world.
The port of Saint-Goustan is popular for its lively entertainment and half-timbered houses. It is famous for having welcomed Benjamin Franklin, American scientist and statesman, on 3 December 1776, on his way to the Château de Versailles to negotiate the alliance between the new American state and France.
The Auray market takes place every Monday and is the most famous in the region. Not to be missed. Saint-Goustan is a popular holiday destination, where you can enjoy the Breton way of life with a drink on the terrace or a quality meal in a local restaurant.
Auray is very close to Sainte-Anne-d'Auray, a Breton holy place and the third most popular place of pilgrimage in France.
Shops and restaurants in the harbour are within walking distance, and Auray town centre is a 5-minute walk away.
Market, beaches, sailing school, water sports, mini-golf, tennis court, cruises on the Gulf of Morbihan. Marked footpaths for walking and cycling.
