Guests will feel at home in this three-story, 2,263 sq ft home, which features a modern and fully-equipped kitchen, an inviting main bed/bath suite with a whirlpool tub and custom shower, and partial views of the bay from upper levels of the home. Kick back and relax together in the living room while watching premium cable on your flatscreen TV, or step outside to enjoy the fresh sea air on one of the private balconies. Additional upscale finishes include a gas fireplace, brick-paved courtyard, hardwood flooring, and a game room with foosball and air hockey.

Park your car once when you arrive, then walk everywhere you need to go - this is a great spot for guests visiting during event weekends, like Sunfest, Springfest, Cruisin' OC, Endless Summer Cruisin', Wine on the Beach, and the White Marlin Open. Take the kids and enjoy the sunny days on the beach, play in the public park just one block away, or take a short drive to see the wild ponies of Assateague Island. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
