Robert and his family were perfect VRBO guests. I can not wait to welcome them back. If you have a chance to haot them please do not hesitate, they will take such great care of your home, it was almost as if they were never there leaving everything so clean and followed house rules. From beginning to end they were always in communication. The perfect VRBO guests one could have.

Shannon registered as 2 guests, however another visitors ran into the main gate with a van. She never inform me of the accident, however called a contractor to do repairs without permission. Despite her said phone issues, she called a contractor. I discovered the accident driving by my home to a function next door when I came upon workers pouring cement. Changes to a property without notifying the owner is unethical. These actions lead to removal from the premises. This would be unacceptable in a hotel. Before her arrival, i sent check-in at 3pm and check-out 11am. Arrangements were not made for an early check-in, as due to previous guests the same day. She was made aware the AC in living room was being repaired awaiting parts. She waited until the last day to inform me of her discomfort, however AC in the main bedroom was working, she then said she did not stay in the main room as mattress was hard, a quick fix to swap mattress from a vacant room. She said stovetop and oven were not working. I told her I would come to take a look which she informed me that it started to work and didn’t require my attention. It appeared that there was an attempt to shift blame. I appreciate the apology and desire to rectify the accident however above all things I expect honesty. The toilet was dislodged, which she admitted to dislodging when sitting, funds to fix the toilet not offered, we do not allow smoking, the smell of cigarettes was on the bedding and ashes on patio.
