This first floor Unit faces the golf course, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a queen size sleeping sofa in the living room. Master bedroom has a confortable king size bed, the second bedroom consists bunk beds of three twin size beds. Fully equipped kitchen and living room area. This condo is equipped with everything you might need for a nice confortable stay. Situated in a resort style community where you are just a few steps from a miles long beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful community with 9 hole golf course, tennis courts, multiple heated pools, Kiddie pool, hot tubs, Sauna , tennis, Bocce ball, shuffle board, racquetball, basket ball, Exercise room, library, and much more. 2 restaurants onsite, including a Tiki-bar by the main pool will make your stay easy , worry free and very convenient. 🌞 Perfect Location

It had all the amenities you could imagine to be comfortable in the condo and enjoy the beach or pool.We had a brief problem with the internet (it may have been something we shut off) but Alicia responded to our call quickly and WIFI was back!

It was a phenomenal stay. Everything was clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. The place has wonderful amenities. So nice being able to walk to the beach. We actually rented e-bikes and were able to ride all around the island. Highly recommend. The owner is such a sweetheart as well, my father had passed away before this trip and she stopped in to just make sure everything was okay. This place fit our family of four well.

Great stay

My family loved this place . The beach and pool were both only a quick walk away. We appreciated all the beach gear that was included too . The condo was also very clean .

Very pleasant setting. If you want to play par 3 golf it’s a great setup. We spent a few hours at the brand new pool and took advantage of the bar while relaxing. Very low key, quiet old Florida feel. Would be great for a family of 4.

Our family spent a week here and absolutely loved it. The condo is clean, the property is fantastic, communication with the owners is excellent, and they've thought of everything that you might need while on holidays at the pool and beach. We've never been to a better supplied rental. We highly recommend this get-away!

Nice resort

Alicia was very responsive. The place meant all our needs and than some. Had plenty of beach chairs/toys, games, fully stocked kitchen and a clean place, was even nicely decorated inside for Christmas! We really enjoyed our stay!

The property was exactly as listed and the staff at the security gate were all so friendly. The community pool and amenities were well maintained and very clean. The gym on site is excellent. We had great comminication with Candy for check in/out and during our stay. She was very attentive and dropped off some additional supplied half way through our stay (trash bags/toilet paper/etc). Overall this was a wonderful property and we would definitely stay here again, but as our children get older, we will outgrow this place. But it met our needs for this stay and it was very comfortable.

Weekend at the Beach

Overall, the communication was very good with this property. The security at check in was very strict, but i don' think that had anything to do with the owner. The property was good, but the bathroom door (which is a sliding door) is in very poor condition, as it does not close and has mold on it.

We’re glad to hear that the apartment and community met your expectations. We would like to sincerely apologize for the condition of the bathroom door. There was a leak from the apartment above, which unfortunately affected the door and its mechanism. As a result, it requires a big and longer repair . Regrettably, we didn’t have enough time or notice to complete the repair before your check-in. However, we were able to make it functional so it can still slide open and shut

Awesome Condo

Perfect location for college search along the East coast of Florida! Condo was clean and good size for a couple and 1-2 children. Property was beautifully maintained with everything you need to stay for a weekend or a month!! Pool was beautiful and everyone was super friendly! Host Alicia was quick to respond to minor glitch on the thermostat which was fixed in seconds! Highly recommend this condo and area!

New Years Weekend

Alicia, the owner, has thought of everything! Communication was superb. We were happy to see the house was tastefully decorated for the holiday and the home was equipped with fun little extras! The condo was extremely clean, and the bedding was comfortable and modern. Overall, a wonderful experience! Great hospitality!

Beautiful condo, great location!!

The condo was EXACTLY as pictured! We had a very relaxing vacation. The kids got to hunt crabs on the beach at night while we enjoyed looking for seashells during the day! We never ventured to any of the pools but I’m sure those were great! Our hosts went above and beyond! Very communicative and friendly! ❤️❤️ this condo could easily sleep 7 people. We had 4 and had more than enough room! Having everything we needed to enjoy the stay was a plus! Beach towels, toys, blankets, umbrella, etc.

We really liked staying at Ocean Village. Very friendly community. The main pool was closed for renovations, so that was a bummer. The condo was clean and well stocked, but is starting to show some signs of wear. Very good communication from the host. Would definitely return to Ocean Village. Thank you!
