9 Desano Drive. Dies ist ein malerisches Strandhäuschen, das von innen viel größer ist, als es von außen zu sein scheint. Es ist sehr geräumig. Es gibt 4 große Schlafzimmer. 2 Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss mit 4 Einzelbetten und 4 Rollbetten. Die 4 Einzelbetten können auf Anfrage in 2 Kingsize-Betten umgewandelt werden. Zwei Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss für Erwachsene mit Kingsize-Betten eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind aus Zirbenholz und die Schlafzimmer sind hell und freundlich. Wasseransichten vom Wohnzimmer, vom vorderen Schlafzimmer und von den Himmelslichtern. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen gemütlichen Kamin für kühle Sommernächte und eine ausziehbare Couch in voller Größe. Außenterrasse mit viel Mobiliar, Weber-Grill und Außendusche. Die Veranda ist unser Lieblingsplatz. Haustiergebühr und Kaution für Hunde. Rufen Sie an oder mailen Sie Fragen.

Hausbesitzer verwaltet: Dieses Haus wird von den Hausbesitzern Brian & Lisa verwaltet und vermietet, keine Vermietungsagentur. Die gesamte Kommunikation erfolgt direkt mit dem Hausbesitzer. Wir wohnen in der Nähe und gehen auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden ein. Wir bitten unsere Mieter, das Haus sauber zu hinterlassen, sobald sie es erhalten haben. Eine eventuell notwendige Reinigung durch uns wird von Ihrer Kaution abgezogen. Sie werden die vielen persönlichen Details, das Strandthema und die Liebe zum Detail in unserem ganzen Haus bemerken.

Weitere Orte zum Erkunden und Infos zum Strand:: Scarborough ist ein staatlich betriebener Strand mit rollender Brandung, Badehaus und Konzessionsstand. Der Strand ist sandig (nicht felsig) mit überdachten Pavillons und einigen Picknicktischen und hat zum Spaß eine sehr große gemähte Rasenfläche. Der Strand ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt und Sie haben einen Blick auf das Meer von der Veranda des Hauses. In den meisten Nächten hört man die Wellen aus den Schlafzimmern.
Wickford Village ist ca. 20 Minuten entfernt und eine malerische Stadt mit Yachthafen, Geschäften und Restaurants. Watch Hill ist ca. 30 Minuten entfernt und bietet ein antikes Karussell, Geschäfte und Restaurants. Der Roger Williams Zoo in Providence ist etwa 30 Minuten entfernt. Newport, Bristol, Tiverton, Little Compton haben viele Geschäfte, Restaurants. Besuchen Sie unterwegs Sakonnet Vineyards / Winery.

Very comfortable, homey place on a quiet side street. It’s less than five minutes to walk to the beach. There’s a great front porch on the ocean side. In the back there’s a private yard with a patio that is great for cookout.

Wonderful Property! Highly Recommended!

This property was wonderful. It was very clean and well stocked with games, cookware, and beach/yard accessories. You can't beat how close it is to the beach too. The private backyard is great for evening dinners at the picnic table. The owners were wonderful as well. There were even fresh cut flowers waiting for us when we arrived. We are looking to rent again one week this summer.

Awesome beach house!

Lisa's spot was perfect for our group of 6 adults and one child. All the rooms are well sized, and the house has everything you need. All of the common spaces are cozy and allowed for lots of hang out time inside and out. Lisa made sure we had propane for the gas grill and the kitchen had anything we were looking for. The spot is in an ideal location near Scarborough beach and Narragansett generally. We would love to come back next year!

Ideal location

The property was very accommodating for our family of 10. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. I refrigerator with water and ice is so helpful. Charming cottage for families with grandchildren

We enjoyed this cottage very much. The kitchen is great for those special vacation family meals. The downstairs bedrooms are very spacious and the upstairs is great for children. We spent a lot of time in the yard and used the grill most nights. The short walk to the beach is a plus, too.. We will definitely return.

Great family beach get away

We had an amazing weeklong gathering with our daughters, spouse and 2 grands. Loved the location, so close to the beach. We especially enjoyed the front porch with the ocean breezes and view of the ocean. Our two grands had lots of fun playing in the grassy backyard. Can't wait to go again.

Comfortable and convenient little house at the beach

We enjoyed the place quite a bit. The front porch was a lovely evening spot and the kitchen was well stocked. The walk to the beach is definetely the best part. The outdoor shower could use some updating- its more like showering in a tin shack, but overall, a very nice place to stay.

We enjoyed our visit. Everything was more than we expected. Loved that they had all the chairs and umbrella all in a carrier to take to the beach, which was a short walk. Very nice house! Plenty of room!

Overall we had a very good experience. There were 8 of us and plenty of space! The week we had was extremely hot and humid so as a result I would only suggest that there be an air conditioner downstairs as well as the one that is already upstairs. The one upstairs did not do enough for the downstairs. It was in a great area right across from the beach. Loved the porch out front too!!

Great beach vacation!

We rented the house for a family beach vacation, it was wonderful! We were very comfortable in the house, we had 5 adults and one small child. The beach accessibility was the real star of the vacation, you can see the beach from the porch and be on it in about 3 minutes time. Lisa was great, she provided great info about places to see and things to do. The neighbors were all very friendly and sweet. I think my only complaint could be that the upstairs ceilings slope a bit, I hit my head a few times, but I think we can agree that was mostly my fault. Overall it was a great house with comfy beds, accommodating owners and neighbors, and a great proximity to the beach. We hope to stay there again soon. Thanks to Lisa for a great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the "adorable beach cottage" on Scarborough Beach. The owners were very nice, thorough and accommodating. The house was stocked with amenities for cooking, comfort, and the beach. The house was clean with plenty of beds for everyone. If I had to find a negative I'd say certain areas could use some updating but everything was functional and overall we were very happy there and can see ourselves booking again in the future. Big thank you to the owners for having a great house, being easy to communicate with and running a excellent vacation property.

Very relaxing vacation and property

Diane and I had a wonderful time at Lisa and Brian's property. We went to Scarboro Beach everyday and enjoyed the beautiful weather. Most of the time we went out for dinner; Aunt Carries's, great steamers, George's for two nights on Galihee Island and the Coast Guard restaurant which was fantastic. When we did stay at home, we enjoyed a cocktail on the front porch which was delightful, also nice neighbors. Brian had the grill ready for us to cook in the backyard which we did. Lovely backyard but could probably use some outside lighting unless I missed it. Refreshing outdoor shower. All in all, a very nice relaxing vacation and amenities were very good.

We LOVED this house!!! It was perfect in every way. Great breezes through the house, and very well furnished. Our family truly enjoyed our stay here. Lisa was very nice and gave us a tour of the house when we got there, which was very nice. Great location near Scarborough Beach. Everything you need is just a short car trip away. Nice week at the beach

The house was nice and in a great location. It could use a little facelift and some paint but it was comfortable for our family. The location is great, a quick walk to the beach and there's a new trolly route which has a stop just down the block and takes you around to the block island ferry & also to the other end to Narragansett beach. Really nice week overall.

Every spring we 'refresh' the house with paint and address any requests or discomforts noted from visitors to our house. In 2016 we updated and painted 2 bedrooms, and added an air conditioner upstairs. In 2017 we are painting the other 2 bedrooms and determine the best outdoor lighting along with other needs at that time. We enjoy that our house has a great comfy beach cottage feel with the old knotty pine panelling. --Lisa & Brian

We enjoy visiting our beach house and walking with our dog from the house to Scarborough Beach and Black Point Nature Preserve.

Even on rainy days the house is set up for games, puzzles, reading and enjoying the company that you are with. The bedrooms are very spacious. The upstairs is set up for kids, with trundles for friends. The downstairs bedrooms have comfortable king size beds perfect for a late morning. There is even a pullout couch for the extra guest. For other guests and student rental in the fall we are happy to create king size beds upstairs for your comfort.

We are only a short 3 minute walk to Scarborough Beach. Outdoor shower, clothesline for wet swimsuits, shed with wheeled cooler, beach-chairs and umbrella, and room to securely store your items.
