We welcome you to Los Tamarindos 1 (LT1) – where you will have a luxurious vacation that will create memories that you will cherish for years to come.

LT1 is in beautiful Casa de Campo, one of the most exclusive resorts in the world - famous for its beautiful top ranked golf courses, tennis pavilion, white beaches, full-service marina, and Italian style Village (Altos de Chavon) that hosts concerts from major music stars at its Amphitheatre.

Our villa spans over 7,000 square feet and has a Spanish style open architecture with high ceilings. It has 4 bedrooms each with their own private bathroom. All rooms have newly installed air conditioning units and smart televisions. For those who need to be connected to the office, we have Wi-Fi that is capable of running video calls and gaming, simultaneously, across multiple devices.

The outside area contains a tropical garden surrounding a large pool deck of 2,500 sq. ft. featuring a swimming pool and 15-person heated jacuzzi. One end of the pool deck has a palapa/gazebo perfect for al fresco dining. The other end has a covered, open-air bar with Bluetooth speakers, a smart TV and sink – a perfect outdoor hangout space! Outdoor furniture is spread across the pool deck – allowing for time in the sun or reading a great book or sleeping in the shade!

Your vacation needs will be fulfilled while staying at LT1. We employ the highest quality staff and service providers who maintain the Villa at the highest of standards all year round. Our staff takes care of the cleaning, the laundry and all of your grocery and cooking needs. (It is highly recommended that you send your shopping list ahead of your trip so the Villa can be fully stocked upon your arrival.) Frequent attention is given to the garden, the pool and Jacuzzi. You can have prepared breakfast and lunch daily, on your own schedule, and for a small fee, you can have dinner cooked and served in the evening.

Our house manager works full time (9am to 5pm) and is available 24x7 during your stay. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

A little about us - we have been coming to Casa de Campo for over 20 years with our family and friends and have owned the villa since 2015. Casa de Campo has something to offer everyone. It’s difficult to describe to people who have not visited, but, when they experience their first visit, it blows away their expectations.
