Harmonious & stylish house. Very well equipped kitchen, laundry room, King & Queen bedrooms. High speed wifi, 50” plasma t.v. a/c all over the house. You will find supermarket within 3 minutes and beach within 10 minute walking. All of this is placed in one of the best and tranquil sectors in Huatulco. You and your family will experience a one of a kind vacations in the beautiful beaches of Huatulco.

The space
Best suitable for a romantic experience or just a small family that is looking for comfortableness and easy going experience. Finest linens and towels will be provided. In each and every detail you will find an exclusive and kindliest environment. Get-longs (petit comité) are permitted as long as the other guest are advise of it. Children and pets are rather not recommended.

Our priority is for you to have the best experience ever. “First Class Concierge” are the ones who will provide tailor made assistance with the experience and certified personnel fluent in more than two languages. From the moment you arrive and your whole staying you will be able to contact them via telephone and personal when required. Tourist and local information, restaurant suggestions and unique experiences planning are some of the aspects you will be covered with their services.

We rented the house for 6 people which consisted of three adults and three kids. The sofa that turned into a bed did not come with sheets or pillows. The other beds only fit 2 people. There were no sheets for the sofa bed in the house so we had to text to get some and we got was a fitted sheet so we gave our son one of our sheets. He was only able to give us the one sheet because he said it was late notice and that we would get more sheets the following day which did not happen. The blender was broken as well. The fridge leaked water so the orange container inside of it could not be moved. Our first night the bathroom in the master bedroom leaked. In the morning when we found out the water had already started dripping down the stairs. In the 7 days we were there only one day had running water. The house has a big water tank on the third floor. In order to get to the water tank we had to open a door. When we first touched it we realized it was very loose to the point of breaking so we texted him and ask him if he could come look at it. The next day he came and went to see he said the door handle was broken so he would have to ask the owners what to do. Later that day he said that the owner texted him that we would have to pay for he door handle replacement. The bedrooms should have thicker curtains so that light doesn’t get in. Sunrise is at about 5:30am so sleeping was hard after that hour.

La casa está muy bien aplia y idea para 6 personas es tal y como vienen las fotos y se ubica en una zona muy bonita y tranquila. Lo que no nos gustó fue que al llegar tuvimos que lavar los sanitarios ya que no estaban limpios, y otro aspecto muy importante es que no nos habían avisado que tenían problema con el agua hasta que llegamos, nos comentaron no había agua porque le daban prioridad de ese servicio a los hoteles así que no había ese servicio nos comentaron que solo lo que quedaba en el tinaco y que la día siguiente regresaría el servicio cosa que no paso y fue incómodo ya que no se podía usar los sanitarios no la regadera, nosotros nos habíamos ido a la playa entonces cuando regresamos no nos pudimos bañar, estuvimos un día sin agua. También al llegar nos dijeron que teníamos que sacar la basura eso es algo en lo que nos pareció bien ya que nosotros si hacemos eso cuando nos hospedamos en casas, pero nos comentó que tenía que llevar a cierto lugar y ciertos días que si no la queríamos llevar nosotros ( se deposita como a una cuadra de la casa) se le llamaba a una persona la cual cobraba $40 pesos, nosotros sacamos la basura el dia que era, pero el dia de nuestra salida no era día de depositar la basura asi que decidimos juntarla toda en una bolsa para dejar todo en orden, pero al salir nos comentó que como le íbamos a hacer con la basura o que si queríamos dejar el dinero, se nos hizo raro ya que no era día de depositar la basura, y obviamente no nos la llevariamos
