A charming island home just a short walk from the ocean beach with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 laundry facilities, a 96' dock / 16' wide spring poles including 30amp power and water and a covered fish cleaning station on Black Sound. The dock has more than 6' of water at low tide . Bikini "Top" offers a gracious living area with comfortable seating, a 72" television and a long dining room table. The eclectic bar is located just off the sunset deck. The open kitchen has an expansive island that comfortable seats 6 with a view of the sound. The primary suite has a 4 poster king bed with a walk in mermaid shower and double vessel sinks. The 2 spare bedrooms have king beds and share a bath with a walk in shower and double sinks. Bikini "Bottom" offers a king room on one end and two twins on the other. Each bedroom has their own bath. The living area combines with a galley kitchen, center island bar and comfortable seating. The French patio doors lead to the wide deck across the front offering a harbor view. The Pink Bikini has many custom and cute appointments and features. Added essentials are a generator, Aprilaire Dehumidifier/Purification and an ultraviolet water purification system, just in case.
