The Neighborhood:

This stunning cabin is located in Chalet Village, one of Gatlinburg’s most sought-after neighborhoods. Known for its incredible elevation and panoramic mountain views, Chalet Village is perched above the city yet still less than 10 minutes to downtown attractions. Guests also have access to the Chalet Village Clubhouse, including a seasonal outdoor pool and recreational facilities.



Getting Around:

The roads to the cabin are fully paved and well maintained, but we always recommend 4x4 wheel drive when traveling in the Smoky Mountains, especially in the winter or during wet weather. The location offers both convenience and a feeling of true mountain seclusion.



Other Things to Note:

• Must be 21 or older to book this cabin

• Sleeps 12 guests maximum

• Gas fireplaces are seasonal (October–March, weather permitting)

• Coffee maker is a Keurig and regular drip combo—please bring your preferred coffee

• Outdoor pool is seasonal and located at the Chalet Village Clubhouse (hours and availability are subject to HOA control)

• Starter sets of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, and laundry pods are provided

• 4x4 is recommended for all Smoky Mountain travel, especially during snow or rain

• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.

• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.

• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.

• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.

• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.
