Minturn River Cabin close to Vail and Beaver Creek. Recently remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath cabin on the Eagle river. Clean contemporary feel with granite countertops and hardwood floors. Large heated sandstone patio with hot tub on rivers edge. Note the 3rd bedroom is a master suite and is in a small cabin which is detached from the house. It is located on the side of the patio about 10ft away from the main Cabin and directly overlooking the river. Walk to restaurants and outdoor concerts. Recommend an all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive vehicle as the driveway has a slope and could be challenging in the winter.

The location was fantastic and we had an amazing time. The hot tub was perfect and ease of use was a plus. The fact that it was all set up and ready to go was a plus and made it easier for us to use it multiple times during our stay. The location was very convenient to our stay as we were close enough to vail to come and go throughout our day when skiing and heading back for some nightlife fun. Also, Minturn is a great small town for some quiet time and still having the ability to get food and cocktails. The home itself was great. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was of great use, as we all enjoy cooking and dinning together as a group. We didn’t have a chance to grill but saw that there was a grill readily available. The master bedroom was one of the best parts as well! My partner and I stayed in it and were beyond comfortable. We enjoyed the privacy, views and private full bathroom. Also, when I finally figured out the oxygen machine, it was a game changer! Being from chicago I struggle so much with the dryness and breathing in altitude that it was beyond helpful to have the oxygen flow through the whole room. I slept better than I have ever in the mountains. Thank you for a great stay! We hope to book again!

Great place

The accommodation was beyond our expectations. The home and the extra bedroom outside was giving us perfect space for four adults. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely be staying there again in either winter or summer.

Great place!

Great place in a fabulous location. Really enjoyed our stay. River and view out back is amazing, Minturn is great town, and the hot tub was fabulous after a day of skiing. Place was very clean and well stocked. Had everything we needed. Hope to come back!

We love this property!

This was our second time staying at this property - we love the privacy of the back yard and being right on the water. The master suite is right on the water, with the sound of the river filling the room such a beautiful view and peaceful experience. The house is well equipped, clean and property manager very helpful and friendly.

Great stay in cool town of minturn

Great stay!!! Excellent back patio right on the river with Mountain View's. Quick drive to vail and beaver creek. Easy access to backcountry skiing minturn meadows which was a great touring hike. Property manager easy to reach and very accommodating. We hope to be back.

Great place to stay with very responsive host.

We enjoyed skiing, and hanging at the property for us was equally fun. Note that it is situated in a small town, which we liked. Also, be aware that the property has two separate buildings. This actually enhanced our experience.

Other than no cable tv (on Super Bowl Sunday which I guess I didn’t thoroughly didn’t read the listing) this place was perfect. Owner has family close by for an issues and owner called to check on us which was cool. Minturn is a great town with a great location and this is a 10 outta 10 for me. ….. we got an app and were able to watch the superbowl

The perfect quiet serene home for a family ski trip

If you want the most peaceful location 10 minutes from Vail or Beaver Creek then this is the perfect place. Minturn is a cute little town with a gas station, a few good eating options (Rocky Mountain Taco, Magustos makes great pizza, and the Thai Kitchen) and the Eagle River is right in your backyard. This is actually 2 cabins located at the end of a driveway. The first has 2 nice bedrooms, a full kitchen and cozy living room with a nice eating table. Right out the sliding back glass doors is a heated patio with a perfect after ski hot tub. Off to the right is the 2nd cabin, a cozy fully private master suite with its full of windows overlooking the patio, a snow covered mountain and literally the eagle river about 10 feet away. If it was not so cold I would have slept with the windows open to hear the sound of the flowing rapids. And everything is closed off so you never see a neighbor. One day the snow built up on the patio and I contacted the VRBO page for the property manager. Within minutes Kelley the owner's brother showed up and figured out that a chair was blocking the sensor and problem was resolved immediately. My wife who does not ski, dropped my son and me off and picked us up at the skier drop-off at the mountain every day. She enjoyed the home so much and wished she never had to leave. We will definitely be back, even in the summer to enjoy all that Vail and BC have to offer as well as the sound of the river while sitting in our private hot tub.

Wonderful cottage right on the river

Wonderful cottage right on the river. The patio and the views of the Eagle River and the mountains beyond are absolutely worth the price of admission. Beautiful area to enjoy your groups company or have a glass of wine. The layout is a little unusual as there are two bedrooms inside and a separate detached space that offers a larger bedroom and bath. That is well described in the listing. The kitchen has all that you would need for simple food preparation and quick meals, and the living room space is very comfortable with wonderful views of the patio and river beyond. Would absolutely stay at this rental again.

Peaceful Stay Close to Vail

Minturn itself is a quaint and quiet town yet close to Vail, Avon, Beaver Creek, and Edwards. With 2 separate and private living quarters, the property itself is a great setup for traveling with friends or adult family members. We loved the peacefulness of being right by the river. It was the perfect property and location for attending a nearby wedding and celebrating our anniversary.

Lovely property in great location

We stayed at this property for a ski vacation - close to Vail and Beaver Creek. The house was clean and very well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub very much. Only glitch was check-in. We didn’t get instructions and had to text and then call to get a hold of the property owner.

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed the main house and it had everything we needed for the two of us. However, I still stayed in the separate room with the river running by…it was beautiful! I was able to enjoy both the sound of the water and the view each morning. Great place to have your coffee until it warmed up on the patio.

Delightful Tranquility and location!

Excellent accommodations. Exactly as listed. Hot tub - perfect! River off the patio amazing. Beds - like heaven! Absolutely perfect! We were in town for a wedding. Less than a mile walk to all the activities. I really can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay in these accommodations! We will be back!

Absolutely a 5-Star Accommodation

The amount of work Bob and Kelly put into the house (actually, these TWO houses) on Eagle River is astounding, starting with the design concept of the houses. I was there by myself, so I didn't need to use the second house or the second bedroom in the first house. But even if you have several people staying there, you will still feel a sense of spaciousness and being taken care of by people who knew what they were doing when they designed and built these houses. Super private back patio directly on the river. The sound of the river flowing drowns out 98%-99% of all traffic noise. Super clean interiors. Pretty much everything you need for a relaxing vacation. A lovely stay.
