Beautiful Property:)

Property was very clean and has a beautiful outdoor space. Host was easily reached and communicated throughout stay. I wish there was a few more amenities available there. It lacked some of the things that other hosts have always provided during our stays. Overall good experience though:)

We are glad you enjoyed your stay at our property, we appreciate that your family of 5 adults stayed comfortably in the house. Regarding amenities we offer they are all in the property description, we clearly indicate what we provide, also the pictures are true to what the house offers. You and I exchanged several messages to answer questions on what we provide (shampoo, soap, towels, bedding, etc.). Due to the low cost of renting this property we don't offer things like food or bottled water, but our guests are always clear on that before making the reservation.

Great location and amenities.

This is the second time we have rented this house . My family, a total of 5 adults, found plenty of room to enjoy our time together. The host, Victoria, is very good with communication. She provides great coordination for a smooth check in and check out.The house is well maintained, secure and clean. The property offers you a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and a dining room .Upstairs you'll have an entertainment room and a balcony to relax and watch the cows on the hill. The back yard has lounge space to relax as well. Fairly quiet neighborhood. The main value for us is location since it is just a few minutes away from the airport. Plenty of nearby options for shopping and entertainment. Highly recommend as a home base to do day trips !

Spacious house near the airport on a strategic location

My family and I stayed for 7 days at the house and we enjoyed it. The house provides plenty of space for a family of 6 with indoor and outdoor areas. The house offers good amenities including kitchen utensils to prepare family meals. A perimeter wall secures the back of the house while gates and doors do the same at the front.Fairly quiet rural-suburban neighborhood surrounded by vegetation. Great view from balcony. The back patio offers a seating area to relax as well. We took advantage of the strategic location taking day trips to places such as Bajos del Toro, Zarcero, and other nearby attractions. Airport is conveniently just 20 minutes away. The host Victoria was diligent following up with me for from check in to check out. She was responsive and attentive. Highly recommend it , great value!

Costa Rica Heaven Near the Airport

My boyfriend and I loved Victoria and her house so much that we extended our stay and were there for 3 months. Victoria is THE BEST host we've had in the 2 years of living in Costa Rica and we've had many hosts! She is great at communicating – attentive and always quick to respond. Check-in and checkout were a breeze. The beautiful house is just as pictured – super spacious, clean, well-maintained, and comes with amazing views! It's located in a lovely quiet neighborhood of locals and it felt very safe. Other highlights for us: comfy king bed, comfy furniture, completely fenced-in backyard for our pup, fully stocked kitchen, good washer and dryer, proximity to stores and many things to do, close to the airport, hot water in the shower, perfect weather (no A/C was no problem), the lizard that lives in the backyard, lots of birds, and fresh limes from the tree in the back. We hope to stay again in the near future, so you better book it before we do! ;)

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

This House is a family treasure build in 1980 and remodeled a few times to build more living space. As members of large families we have created many memories in this house and want to open it to other families to enjoy as well.

No matter where in the house you are, you will experience a sense of tranquility. This home offers private spaces as well as areas where you can gather with your loved ones to enjoy a meal or just the amazing weather that Alajuela offers.

The location is perfect! You will be close to the Alajuela city amenities as well as to beautiful towns such as Grecia, Poas, Atenas, Palmares. Jaco Beach in the Pacific Coast is only a 70-minutes drive away ... Or perhaps, you will just want to stay home and enjoy ...

The house is managed by two family members that believe that hospitality is serving with the heart. We are available to offer any guidance that you may need and, would love welcoming you to our home.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

You will enjoy this wonderful house just for yourself and your party. The entire house including garage and backyard is private.
