A little piece of heaven at the beach!

We loved staying at this condo at Inlet Point. The inlet is peaceful and beautiful and you are right at the tip of the ocean also! The tides are amazing to see go in and out each day and how the sand and ocean changes throughout the day. The condo was beautiful and had a wonderful view of the inlet. The new kitchen was very nice! It is also close to the pool! We had a wonderful time!

This is our 4th stay ag Inlet Pointe Villas but the first time at this condo. Nothing but greatness. Good views. Nice and clean. Scot stayed in touch with us throughout the week, making sure everything was good through the tropical atorm. Definitely recommend and we will be returning in the future!

Wonderful Condo with Beautiful Views

This condo has the most amazing views of the inlet and ocean! It is also very well appointed. We loved the remodeled kitchen. I do agree with other reviews that the mattress in the master bedroom is very hard but we loved the fact that it is a King size (as other units in this complex seem to only have Queen size beds in the master). The small toilet and short sink in the master bathroom were not a problem for us and would not deter us from renting this unit again. The owner was extremely kind and communication was wonderful. Highly recommend renting this unit.

This is a great condo. The upgrades are well done. It is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony, the easy walk to the beach and the convenience of nearby restaurants and shopping. The new kitchen is well equipped. We would highly recommend this condo.

Needs some more updates

The condo is nice. Location is great. The view from the back patio is beautiful especially at sunrise and sunset. Inside the condo needs some more updates. The master bathroom is very outdated and needs some love. I understand the owner is doing the updated himself and the hall bath has been nicely redone as well as the kitchen. Just be aware if you have bad knees or hips the master bathroom will be unusable for you due to the toilet being so small and short. The master bedroom mattress also needs to be replaced. It was awful. If you like laying on a board hard mattress then it will be perfect but there was seriously NO give in that mattress. It felt like you were laying on two boxsprings. Over all we enjoyed our stay. If the mattress in the master was replaced I would definitely stay again.

Best location, beautiful sunrises and sunsets!! It was a short walk to the beach!! Everyone we met were so friendly!! Pool was right outside our doorway and we really enjoyed it!! Beautiful walk to the point and it is so beautiful!! We walked forever!! I would stay there again!!

Can't beat the location

My family and I had a solid stay in this condo at inlet point villas. The condo is two bedrooms, two baths and has a fantastic view of the inlet and ocean areas at the point of Cherry Grove Beach. You can tell from the pictures that some aspects of the condo are dated. However, I all of the necessities were present and I found everything to be clean and in working condition. The stove looked older than I am but it worked. It also worked without heating up the condo which says a lot for old school craftsmanship. An important upgrade that was in the condo was central air conditioning. We stayed in the middle of July and every room in the condo was comfortable at all times. For me the biggest negative was the bed in the master bedroom. Other reviews said it was hard and they were not wrong. The couch, love seat, and twin beds in the other bedroom were all comfortable though. The owner was available via text and the app if needed and we had no issues during our stay. My Dad fished, my nephew (6) enjoyed playing in the water, and my niece enjoyed catching hermit crabs and looking for shells. The location at the quiet end of Cherry Grove and the view are by far my favorite parts of a relaxing stay. Thanks.

Great time at a BEAUTIFUL spot!

The Inlet Point Villas are exactly that...condos at the tip of North Myrtle where the inlet meets the ocean. The condo was perfect for our needs (good size, ample parking and a private/gated entrance) and the view of the inlet and ocean altogether was absolutely breath-taking with insane sunrises! The owner's attentive communication throughout the booking, payment and check-in process was very much appreciated. We don't like to vacation at any one place more than once but this is one we would definitely return to. Thank you, Scot, for sharing your little piece of serenity with our family!

Great Location! Quiet and beautiful

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The prime location on the inlet is perfect. Communication with the owner was easy and flawless. He checked in with us throughout the stay to make sure things were going smoothly. Upon our arrival, we did notice a few minor splatterson some furniture. However, we quickly took care of it ourselves and understand that perfection can be difficult to achieve. In general, the cleanliness of the place was commendable and we had no major concerns in that regard. The effort put into maintaining a high standard of cleanliness was evident throughout the entire stay. The owner's dedication to enhancing the condo is noticeable, and the upgrades made so far are truly well done, adding to the overall appeal of the space. I highly recommend this place for an laid back beach getaway. Thank you to the owner for a memorable stay!

Perfect sunrise views from the balcony

Great spot at the point! You can watch the kayaks and boats float through the inlet, watch the sunrise from the balcony, a short walk to the beach! There is a pool super close as well. The King bed is a firm mattress, the twin beds are a bit softer. You need to bring your own linens and towels and such. Lots of restaurants a close drive away. I like the point, it’s my favorite spot and more secluded than other parts of the beach. There are tide pools too which my 8 year old loves and it’s so neat when the tide goes out. Scot checked on us and always got back to us right away. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!
