Tan Tar A Estates is connected to Margaritaville in a gated community. You'll have access to all the resort amenities except for the shuttle and fitness center. This home is within walking distance of the resort. On top of the hill from the home is one of the community pools.

If your here to enjoy the lake on your boat, fishing, swimming or even golfing. This property will meet all your needs. It is set up to sleep 12-14 guest with the pull out sleeper.

This property is tucked in a cove off the main channel to keep your boat or kids safe soaking up waves in the lake. Features include a master suite with 2 king size beds, full bath and private deck. The second and third bedrooms offer 2 queen size beds and each with a full bath and private deck.

Also included is a full kitchen, breakfast bar, with seating for 4 and a dinning table to sit 6. living room and large screen porch overlooking the lake. There are flat screen TV's located in all bedrooms, and living room.

The property is located in the heart of Osage Beach. Just a 5 min drive to Walmart supercenter, and Dierbergs grocery store. Redhead Lakeside grill, Windrose, and Shorty Pants are just a few restaurants with in 2 miles of the home. Great stone coffee is a mile up highway KK.

Great VRBO! We enjoyed all the amenities, like the kayaks and tubes, Nice deck chairs for lounging. Kitchen was very well stocked and clean. Having private bathrooms in each bedroom was a huge plus! Washer and drying was also really convenient after coming in from a day on the lake with wet towels and bathing suits.Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

This is a very clean, lovely space. The location is great being so close to Margaritaville to utilize the pool. The dock and all the water toys provided are great for the kids to use. Would recommend to others to stay!

Wonderful home! Great location, great amentities!

My family and I stayed in the home for 9 nights to celebrate my 50th birthday. It is a perfect location. The home was very clean. The owner was fast to respond to any questions I had. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in!!! We would definitely go back.

Golf Trip

We have been coming to the lake for 5 years now and this was hands down the best property we have stayed at yet. We would highly recommend this place to stay. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were super comfortable. The cove location was very quiet and peaceful and the house had many amenities that were very convenient. The property manager was very nice as well. 5 stars

I was looking for a home that would sleep up to 12 adults and was finding a lot of places with rooms with bunk beds. This home offered King and Queen beds in each room with separate bathrooms, as well. It really was like staying at a hotel, but without the inconvenience of feeling apart from each other. It was perfect for our Girls' weekend away.

Everything was great the one thing i would recommend is you get some type of water filter. The sulfer in the water was so bad you could smell it on you after you showered.

A Hidden Retreat

My family and I stayed over 4TH of July week. There were 11 of us. The adults in our party ranged in age from early 20’s to 40, and the kids from 6 to 16. We ALL enjoyed it, which I think speaks volumes. While the short distance to Margaritaville is a perk, and being able to use their amenities is an absolute bonus, we found we preferred staying at the house to relax and enjoy the lake. Since it’s located in a low wake area off of the main lake, safe easy swimming (floating) is the perfect past time. Even more, there are plenty of flotation devices, kayaks and a paddle board available which we all enjoyed greatly. Everything you could ever need/want is available such as kitchen items, a pack and play for a baby if you need it, extra towels, etc. If you go at the same time as we did, you can also enjoy Margaritaville’s firework show right from the house dock. It’s secluded enough to feel you’re getting a nice hidden opportunity to relax, but still located in an area close to anything you may need. We even took advantage of grocery delivery right to our door from the Walmart nearby. My favorite part of the house is that each room operates as sort of its own “hotel” room in the sense that they each have their own bathroom and air. I loved that! It made us feel as if we each had our own unique space when we weren’t together in all the main areas. The only reason I gave 4 stars is due to the spiders. They became a bit of a nuisance, but Sarah did offer to help us. We’d stay again!

Great place to stay

I loved staying at this property. The cove was nice and quiet, it has a great dock, the steps are easy to get down and the beds were super comfortable. The only thing I wish was different was I wish it had a real fire pit instead of a gas one. Other than that everything was perfect. I would definitely stay there again.

Quiet cove, great house

My family of five stayed at this property during the week. The home is located near the end of a quiet cove, perfect for swimming off the dock all day. The rental came equipped with life jackets, kayaks, floaties -- more than you would expect. The house itself has three huge bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and two queen- and king-sized beds. All was perfect, and restaurants and boat rentals are nearby and easy to get to. Will definitely stay here again.

Pictures do not do this house justice. Everything is new and updated. Perfect dock for swimming. Would love to rent this house again.
