Ein Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Queensize-Betten, ein eigenes Bad, einen TV, Internet, einen DVR und eine Außenterrasse.
Schlafzimmer 2 verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit TV und ein angrenzendes Schlafzimmer.
Das angrenzende 3. Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen TV, einen DVD-Player, einen Kamin, ein Queensize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Es gibt eine Schiebetür, die zu einer Außenterrasse mit Seeblick führt, einem Tisch mit 4 Stühlen und einem Gasgrill. Diese Tandem-Suite ist ideal für Eltern mit Kindern.
Die Küche und der Wohnbereich sind geräumig genug, um sich zu unterhalten und öffnen sich zu einer 30-Fuß-Terrasse mit Tischen, Stühlen und Platz für 10 bis 12 Personen. Das Deck ist gated, vorteilhaft für kleine Kinder und Haustiere. Es gibt Sitzgelegenheiten und Tisch für 10 bis 12 Gäste. viel Sonne und Schatten, um alle Gäste zufrieden zu stellen.

Fantastic place and host! Location is 3 doors down from the pool, very easy flat walk to the pool and also the overflow parking. A yard to play in for the kids. Home is walking distance to playground. Golf cart option was an awesome amenity. Deck is incredible! Rare view for the area, we got to watch boats all day while we played corn hole on the deck and still room to sit at the big outdoor table for our large family. Kitchen more than fully stocked, she thought of everything! Host was so nice and helpful, answered all our questions and made sure we had all we needed for a great stay. Would absolutely recommend this place.

One of the best

This was one of the top homes I've stayed in. The owner thought of everything. Our groups personal favorite... most awesome view of the lake. The deck was completely enclosed for the dog. Roof over the deck with fans. Seperate decks out two of the bedrooms. I can't say enough good things about our experience with the home. Only issue we had, weather refused to cooperate. We spent most of our vacation on the deck.

Excellent stay

This was an excellent place to stay. Lovely pool. Debi was an absolutely fabulous host. 2 things to note. The bedroom with the king size bed is the only one with access to the 3rd bedroom, so people have to walk through that to get to the other bedroom. Also there is no longer a hot tub available. This place was very clean. Absolutely loved the covered deck where we ate and could watch the boats on the lake. We had our small dogs with us and it was wonderful to have places where we could be outside yet they were still contained. We will definitely stay again when we come back to the area. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful and relaxing

We loved staying at Margaritaville Estates. The property was clean, spacious, comfy, and the view was beautiful. We loved the pools and resort offerings. We added the golf cart and appreciated the short drive down to the resort and pool. We definitely hope to stay again. The Lake of the Ozarks is the best! Debi was very communicative and accommodating. We also rented a boat from Margaritaville, and we had a great experience.

Charming house with lots of wildlife and view of the lake.

Nice place with large living room and deck area which was great for everyone to hang out in. Kitchen is small but fine with 1 or 2 people. Access to the property was good. Lots of birds, squirrels, chipmunks and deer.Deborah was very nice and chill. We would stay here again

Lovely property, beautiful view & great for family!

We really enjoyed our stay!It was a perfect fit for our family. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The view was great, and we enjoyed the location and being right around the corner to Margaritaville with easy access to the bowling alley and other amenities. The host was very accommodating.Will definitely be coming back!

Perfect Wedding Accommodations

Perfect accommodations for family attending wedding at Margaritaville. We enjoyed the porch with view of lake and wildlife Great little pool just 2 doors down that kids really enjoyed. The golf cart was a life saver for our trips to the resort for rehearsal and wedding where parking was very limited.

Perfect for families!

This was a lovely, clean and comfortable home. Plenty of seating for everyone, inside and out. The back porch was my favorite--such a gorgeous view of the lake, and a great place to start and end the day. Lots of birds and nature to watch--like being in a tree house! We had a short walk to the pool and also had a golf cart to tour the neighborhood. The kids (ages 7 and 10) had a blast. This is a good location, close to restaurants and attractions at the lake. We loved our stay and hope to be back next year! Thank you!

Outstanding Stay

The place was immaculate! It had the cleanest windows I've ever seen. We loved the fenced deck and spent lots of time out there. The fans and trees kept it cool, but we could still see action on the lake. The gate kept the little kid and dog from wandering off. The 3 minute walk to the local pool was easy and the pool was very nice. Everything about it was perfect and we really enjoyed the stay. Super place, I would do it again.

Lovely peaceful spot!!!

Rustic Rooster was such a pleasant oasis. Close to Durango to have a nice walk about and get good food and drinks but far enough away to just sit and listen to nature. Golf nearby and plenty of trails nearby as well. Just sitting on the deck and watching the sunset was exactly what we needed. Also a great sitting area to enjoy around fire pit in colder temps. Deck wrapped around with a heavy duty gate so we could chill and not worry about the dogs getting out. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck. Really nice place. Love the layout of inside too and Martha was a wonderful host, very thoughtful and even had a bottle of wine and snacks for both us and our dogs. Thank you Martha!

This was a perfect place for my family to spend a weekend together. Right on the Margaritaville property and very peaceful. The house was beautiful with a great view of the lake. Highly recommend!!

This is our home which we share with guests. We leave spices, canned goods, catsup and mustard. All the basics to make your stay more convenient. I found when I stayed in condos or homes, I was always running to the store to get some basic food stuffs to complete a meal. These items are left for your use. If you have questions about this you can always reach me . . I also leave a few fishing poles. The worms are on you. I aspire to the idea to "treat your guests like family, and your family like guests."

I wanted a place where my children had enough activities to entertain their different age groups. At the time I purchased the house, my boys were 5,9, and 13, with entirely different interests. There was a day camp, golf, bowling, restaurants, all on the grounds. Rain or shine, there was something for my sons and their friends to do. They now have
children of their own, and the grandchildren enjoy the property as much as their parents did. Because the home is located in a gated community, it is safe for children.
