Perfect Nantucket Getaway for Friends and Families

Our home is bright, clean, and welcoming, with beautiful wood floors and inviting decor.

This property can comfortably sleep 8; it has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms as well as a large finished basement with two twin beds and TV, which can be used as an additional bedroom. There is also a pull-out couch in the living room that can sleep 2.

The first floor includes a large living room, dining room, and fully stocked kitchen if you wish to cook (including pots and pans, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, etc). There is a large deck with a table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or BBQ; there is a patio in the yard with seating for 6 people.

You are steps from multiple bus routes into Town, to 'Sconset, and to the beach. There is parking for 1 vehicle (additional parking may be available). The home is located about 1 mile from several shops and markets (including Stop & Shop). There is also a small market/cafe right down the street (about a 3 minute walk).

We welcome families with cats and dogs, but we generally enforce a limit of 2 animals. We will charge an additional cleaning fee of $200 per stay.

For families with small children: the house comes equipped with a high chair, Pack ‘n Play and beach wagon.

*We have a car at the house that is available to rent for an additional fee, as we know bringing a car on the island can be difficult. Please let us know if you’re interested and we can provide additional details.
