This is a first floor BEACHFRONT home with a giant 30' wide outside deck with view of the ocean. You'll enjoy beautiful sunrises in the morning and ocean breezes in the evening. Remodeled throughout 2020-2022. New features include a new kitchen, new deck, new primary bath, dry bar, new furniture, mattresses, carpet, and charger for an electric car. The property has 4 BRs and 3 full baths, an enclosed outdoor shower, and over 2k square feet of living space with 10' tall ceilings in the living
room / kitchen / dining area. The property features a private path to the beach. Two Ocean Kayaks as well as 3 adult bikes and one tween sized bike are here and ready for use. It's only a short bike ride to the boardwalk or an easy walk to 34th street playground and shopping area. Other Inclusions: 8 beach tags, parking for 3 vehicles, 4 beach chairs, beach cart, and an extra refrigerator in garage.

A Great Shore Getaway

Great location with a nice covered deck to hang out & enjoy the view of the beach and sunset. Very nice host! Would highly recommend.

Property was well maintained and clean. It is right on the beach and the owner allows renters to use the beach equipment, beach games, and bikes. It’s a quiet and safe area. You do need to bring your own bed sheets and towels which I realized after I had booked, but it really wasn’t a deterrent to our experience.

Fabulous Family Rental

We stayed here with our two kids (8 and 11) and had a fabulous time. The house is spacious, clean, and so well stocked. We especially loved the porch and being able to hear the ocean waves and enjoy the breeze. Great rental and would highly recommend!

Beautiful ocean getaway

Property is gorgeous! Hosts are kind and responsive! Even though we vacationed during the off-season, we enjoyed our time immensely. We walked in the mornings and collected shells and rode our bikes and cooked and read and loved our time. Thank you for a terrific stay!

Great Vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay and plan to book again. The house was clean and updated. The location was great. Plenty of parking and the garage was perfect to store all our beach stuff. John answered all questions in a timely manner. You can tell John cares about making sure you have a pleasant stay. Looking forward to booking again next year!!

We had a wonderful stay here. The new kitchen, master bath and porch/deck are very nice. The furniture (indoor and outdoor) are in excellent condition and it is very well equipped with a lot of extras that you don't often find - like nice bicycles. Thank you Lisa and John

Spring break

Everything was wonderful. Check in ended up a bit later than hoped but allowed a later check out time. The outside grill could use a bit of an update and tank was empty. Overall a wonderful stay and owners were easy to contact and get a response from.

So glad you were able to enjoy your weekend stay. We wish you could have gotten an early check in but the cleaning crew needed to finish cleaning up after the previous renter. Mother’s Day Weekend is a busy weekend for the cleaning services in Ocean City. Feel free to reach out to us next when there is a problem such as the propane tank being empty. Girls Weekend

This is a Beautiful Beach Property. You walk in and you feel right at home on vacation. The decor and rooms are lovely and comfortable. You see the ocean from the inside. The Owners were easily accessible to speak to if we had a question and they let us know different places to eat or have something sweet. Our time away was wonderful. All 4 of us are nurses and we had time to rest, relax, shop, and play games. We would love to vacation here again some time.

Greatness!!

We all thought it was great! Really loved the deck and proximity to the beach. House was clean, check in was easy, views were terrific. So many bonuses here like the garage and kayaks. Hope to come back one day soon and use them! The weather ultimately was pretty chilly but we had a beautiful sunrise on the last day. It lit up the house orange!

This property is amazing and our family enjoy the stay! There are not enough words to express how great this beach rental is! The place is very nicely furnished and the amenities are incredible. Great front porch with lots of seating. This is the first place I have ever rented that had such a nicely stocked kitchen. Nice non-stick pans, sharp knives and tupperware for storing left-overs or salads for the beach. The garage is packed with anthing and everything you need for the beach. Lots of items for babies and young kids available. The owners are incredibly friendly and were so helpful with answering our questions and ensuring that our stay was a good one. I would highly recommend this place as a beach rental. Definately would rent this place again!

Great beach house

This house is beautiful and I had a great stay. Though it was soo cold we could not step on to the beach or patio, the view and coziness of the home gave a reason not to step outside. The decoration was nice. The rooms were spacious to fit a group. The house was well equipped with everyday things that I didn’t need to bring my own. This was a first time renting a home, as I enjoy the convenience of a hotel, but this house specifically has opened my eyes. This house has set the standards. Greatly appreciate the flexibility of John and Lisa. I hope the home gets more open dates I would love to come back with friends. Thank you for opening up your house to others to enjoy.

Amazing Beachfront Home

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa's beach house. Lisa was wonderful! So thoughtful and easy to communicate with. The house is located right on the beach, and has fantastic views. The minute we entered the house, we knew it would be our best vacation. We were so thankful for the opportunity to stay here!

Perfect location

Great vacation rental on the beach. Great access to everything. Wonderful owner communication especially since she just acquired the property! Quick suggestion; pots and pans need organized a bit but I’m sure that will come in time as well as add a little landscaping so that it blends nicely with the neighbors! Other than that it was perfect!!
