Cilenia, a enchanting Villa in the heart of Tuscia

An ideal place to discover Tuscia, very close to Civita di Bagnoreggio a little over one hour from Rome and Florence. Two majestic terraces with panoramic views, a pool, a huge garden and beautiful wine cellars dug in the volcanic ash, alfresco cooking, dining & lounge areas, all are ideal places for precious moments with family and friends.
All Villa accommodation can be booked for exclusive use to host family gatherings, groups of friends and team building. An ideal place also to organize events, weddings, Intensive yoga classes and dance workshops.

The Villa is part of an eco-compatible agricultural farm specialize in the cultivation of olives, from which extra virgin olive oil is produced, hazelnuts and organic aromatic plants. The family runs the company with passion and professionalism; they are committed to seeking quality while respecting sustainable development and the environment.

The rooms and suites are elegant, spacious, comfortable, decorated in a unique style with family furniture, guaranteeing a comfortable and enjoyable stay in a family setting so that everybody can “ feel at home”.
In total there are 6 double or quadruple rooms and 7 bathrooms. The villa can host for 16 people (up to 21 with an extra cost of 35€ by pers).
First floor:
- 3 double rooms with ensuite bathrooms
- a Junior Suite: Sitting room with a sofa-bed, 1 room with a king-size bed (170X190cm), and ensuite bathroom with shower cabin and extra hand held shower. (One single-size bed and child cot may be added)
Second floor:
- an Executive Suite with 3 communicating rooms (1 with two single-size beds and 1 with a king-size bed and a sitting room with double sofa-bed ) with a shared bathroom (with a large shower cubicle and an extra hand-held shower). (Upto 1 single bed and 1 child cot may be added).
- a Deluxe Suite: with two communicating rooms with a shared bathroom with bath and shower. One room has a king-size bed (convertible into twin beds), and 1 room has a super king-size bed (180X190cm). (Upto 1 single bed and 1 child cot may be added).
- 1 single room with a single-size bed with access for the disabled with a bathroom immediately accessible.

At ground floor entrance with guest bathroom, there are a dining area with direct access towards outdoor, a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, breakfast, a large living room with two comfortable couches and flat screen TV. Dishwasher and washing machine (for a long stay) are available.

Minimum stay: at least 2 days; at least 3 during weekend with public holiday
The price quoted is for renting the villa for 16 people (possible to host up to 21 persons with an extra cost of 35€ by pers).

INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY:
1) Villa Cilenia WELCOME: Welcome drinks on arrival. In order to ensure a warm welcome please indicate your probable time of arrival when you finalize your booking.
2) OUR ADVICE : We will always be delighted to guide guests or recommend or organize activities such as on nature trips. We can also suggest suitable itineraries to discover ancient villages and medieval towns, Etruscan, Roman and Renaissance remains, natural parks, the Vico and Bolsena lakes, as well as the warm waters of the Papi baths.
3) DISCOVER OUR FARM : Our guests can participate in the activities of our farm, for example such as the cultivation of olives trees, the harvest and the milling of the olives, from which our own extra virgin olive oil is produced (October/November), as well as the harvest of organic hazelnuts (September) and aromatic plants (summer).

SERVICES ON REQUEST:
1) Villa Cilenia BREAKFAST from 8am until 10 am: You can indulge in a wonderful buffet breakfast either on the terrace or in the garden, with fresh bread, juices, tea, coffee, cereal, yoghourt and home made cakes. Some of our products come from our own farms or neighbouring farms in the area. Meals can be vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, lactose-free upon request. Please let us know a few days in advance of your arrival.
2)AUTHENTIC ITALIAN MEALS IN THE VILLA : Our family talented Italian cook will be delighted, at your request, when you arrive as well as during your stay, to prepare a home cooked scrumptious meal in the most authentic Italian style. The delicious meals are a chance to discover the flavours produced from our farm’s vegetable garden, as well as local products and recipes. A menu with a selection of different dishes will be sent to you a few weeks prior to your arrival. Prices upon request.
2) GROCERY SHOPPING SERVICE
We can stock your refrigerator and the pantry for your arrival so you can relax when you first get to the house. Cost of groceries + a service charge.
3) WORKSHOPS/CLASS and RELAXING MOMENTS :
Relaxing moments enjoying workshops can be organised in the Villa if requested in advance: “Discovering ceramics”, “A day’s Italian cooking workshop”, “Villa Cilenia’s delicious hazelnut recipes”, “Tasting the green gold with organic products from the farm”. Beauty treatments, Yoga and Massage are also available. Prices upon request. Fun for adults and children as well.
4) DRIVER SERVICE FROM AND TO THE AIRPORT :
We can organize transport TO and FROM the train station or airport (Roma, Perugia) . Personalize your holiday. We can help you organize daily trips and tours to any destination for a single day or for the entire week. We can offer help in arranging car hire or a driver. Ask us for details and cost. Cars and minivans have to be reserved three days in advance.

OUR SUPPORT
We will meet you at your arrival to welcome you and provide a brief on the house and the environment. Our housekeeper visits the house each morning to help to prepare the breakfast (if requested) and to close all for the evening.
Somebody will be available 24h a day to help our guests and provide any assistance necessary. English, French and Italian are spoken fluently.
