I'm glad to hear that you followed up with the property manager a second time, and that the HVAC technician finally unlocked the thermostat on the third day of your stay, allowing you to lower the temperature and get a good night's sleep. It's understandable that this inconvenience would detract from your overall experience, but we're glad to hear that you still enjoyed your stay despite this issue.
