Updated, lakeside with boat slip, bright upstairs corner unit condo on Lake Pend Oreille that is walking distance to downtown Sandpoint and a short drive to Schweitzer Mountain! Enjoy the lake, pool and mountain views from the balcony. Complex offers pools, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts and BBQ pavilions. Just steps to the deep pool for swimming and tanning, and steps to the lake and boat dock for boating, fishing, swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding.

*Pool operates Memorial Day through Labor Day*

Updated and decorated, the condo offers 2 bedrooms (1 king/1 queen), loft with a large queen size Room and Board Oxford Pop-Up Sleeper Sofa, downstairs bathroom with shower and upstairs bathroom with tub and shower. Beach towels for 6 provided.

Flat screen Roku TVs in both bedrooms and 1st loft. Stream all your favorite programs and movies by just logging in to your accounts. 2nd loft offers a private workspace.

Fully stocked and equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Dining table for 6 (1 extra dining chair in each bedroom) and kitchen bar with 4 barstools.

New LG stackable washer and dryer for you to use during your stay.

Balcony overlooks pool and lake and has cooler for you to use. BBQ pavilions available for guest use.

Free Ting high speed Wifi.

We offer boat slip #210 right out front at no charge to our guests.
(Sandpoint Marina offers slips for $82/day if available)

Closest boat launch is 1 mile away at City Beach. Boat trailer parking is not available on premises, so you will have to find a place to store your trailer during your stay.

IMPORTANT: Directions, info and forms required for condo association will be emailed to you before your arrival for completion. The day of your arrival, you will be sent the code for easy self check-in via door keypad once the unit is cleaned and ready for your stay. Karen from Sandpoint Home Team will be available to contact during your stay for anything you might need.

Weekend trip to Sandpoint

4 of us went to celebrate our friends 25th wedding anniversary. I loved how close we were to the downtown area and pool at the condos. All and all, it was a nice place to stay if you aren't afraid of stairs.

Fantastic location

This was a great stay. Our family had a fantastic time. The location was walking distance to everything we needed to see and do and easy to access. Our kids loved the pool and tennis courts, took full advantage of them both. The condo had lots of room and comfortable beds. Check in and communication was great. We'll definitely be back.

Perfect location, great amenities if the weather had cooperated. Requested a late check out to work better with a kids soccer tournament, and they were very accommodating. Will def try to stay here again!

Great stay

The condo was perfect for our family. Easy check in and communication. Plenty of space for the teens to spread out. Small but well equipped kitchen. Great views overlooking the lake from the windows. Very convenient to town for shopping and dining.

A Little Gem in Sandpoint

This cute condo was perfect for our family to visit Grandma. The four story condo has a lake view, full kitchen, comfortable beds, is well decorated and fully stocked with all amenities needed. We will definitely look forward to staying here again.

Sandpoint a nice get a way

We spent time in both Sandpoint and Coeur d Alene and they are different. If you really want to get away, Sandpoint is your place. If you want a small town feel, CD'A is it.

Great Location for Festival

This unit met our needs with quick drive, even walking access, to festival at Sandpoint. It was hot and the pool was great. We had to be crafty with fans and ac to keep the unit cool. The kitchen had everything we needed and the pool towels were appreciated.

Overall it was a good spot

Overall we had a good stay. Location is good and this unit is away from the highway so you don’t get the road noise that some of the units reportedly have. The main kitchen and living area is a little small and would be tight with six people.

Great rental

Awesome rental. Walking distance to town and Powderhound pizza. Very clean. The only issue we had is that there isn't central air and the AC unit wasn't keeping up so it was VERY hot inside.

Lovely View of Lake Pend Oreille

Anyone who is not proficient on stairs should take care. The condo needs a thorough cleaning, as the sun showed up old cobwebs hanging on the porch rails and dirty screen and windows which interfered with the lake view. The bed was clean and comfortable as were the bathrooms. The location is within comfortable walking distance of town.

Great space in a good location

We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of space spread over 3 floors. Right by the deep pool and the lake for easy access to water. Kitchen had everything you need to do your own cooking. Conveniently located to highway and downtown. Only negatives were the closeness of the train tracks and highway for outside noise if windows open and the upstairs bedroom you could hear the neighbours pretty clear. Also, the main living area only room for the couch. But overall quite happy with the unit.

Best condo complex in Sandpoint

We have been renting condos at Condo del Sol for several years now, but this was the first time at Lisa's property. It was excellent! Very clean, well stocked with everything you could possibly need, and a great location as an end unit overlooking one of the pools as well as the lake. It was one of the warmest weekends of the summer so far, so the unit was toasty but not their fault. There is a portable A/C in the master which helped a bit. Otherwise a great property with comfortable beds, and a perfect location to walk or bike around town or just enjoy the lake. Thanks for a great home away from home.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen !!!

Wir haben insgesamt 3 Monate in dieser wunderschönen, sehr zentral gelegenen Wohnanlage verbracht. Ideal für die Kinder waren die Sportplätze auf dem Gelände sowie der Pool. Die Nachbarn waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die gute Seele und Managerin dieser Wohneinheit. Sie war von Beginn bis zum Ende mit Rat und Tat an unserer Seite. Herzlichen Dank liebe Karen für all deine Unterstützung und Bemühungen !!!
