This condo was great for what my family needed. Best part was it came with a boat slip making exploring Lake Pend Oreille super convenient. We ended up parking our boat trailer at a friend’s house tho. The location is excellent. Beds were comfortable. We spent most of our days & evening out on the lake so no AC wasn’t a big deal & it cools down nicely at night.

The 3 C’s done well - Convenient, comfortable, and clean!
Great little place on the water, and very close to downtown Sandpoint! The boat slip is on a dock right off of the back yard, and the dock is in very good condition. The unit is a little bit dated, but very, very clean and comfortable, and in a perfect location to enjoy all that Sandpoint has to offer!

Kitchen had everything you would need, way more than any of my other stays. House was very clean. Bring your own pillows however, they were very very flat. Walls and ceiling are very thin as you can hear EVERYTHING from the neighbors. We asked for an extended check out but was told we cannot get one as we were supposed to request it by 4 pm the day before we check out. Unfortunately, we were not aware of that and were denied. Overall a nice house just very very noisy from the neighbors.

Overall, the place is great. Pictures are accurate, it's a comfortable place to stay, beautiful view of the river, close in to downtown, etc.
The only negatives were the check-in process, and getting a door code that would consistently work. Trying to take photos of my drivers license in the dark with my cell phone, to prove my identity was challenging (especially with the new driver's license design with all the holograms!) Multiple attempts before it would accept the image.
However, when we were having issues getting into the unit, the response time was great; so it wasn't nearly as frustrating as it could have been, if response time had been long.

A week stay with the grandchildren.
The overall stay was nice, love the location, close to the town. Suggestions to have on hand would be tinfoil Ziploc‘s and maybe dish towels. The toilet paper holder kept falling out of the wall, and there was a lot of construction in a nearby unit. But it wasn’t too much of a problem we would come back.

Location is killer!
This was my second trip to this waterfront home, and I already can't wait to go back! The location is 10/10, and you can't beat being able to park and tie up the boat on the docks right out in front. There is no AC in the home, as other reviewers have pointed out, but we have never had a problem with the house cooling off at night when the sun goes down.

The building is a little run down as our unit was too but not a deal breaker. It was clean and functional for all purposes of exploring and visiting Sandpoint. It served us well.

The building badly needs work on the exterior. The entry door lock system is awful -- it took several minutes every time we entered or exited to get the lock to work. The rugs are filthy. There is a broken handle so we couldn't open one of the windows. But the worst was finding unwashed dishes in the cupboards.

Nice and convenient
It was nice overall, but there was absolutely no where in the description of the condo that conveniently left out the fact there is NO airconditioning. Thank goodness the weather cooled off while we were there. But it could have been brutal if the weather hadn’t of cooled. I would never have rented it knowing it had no air conditioning.

Great location in Sandpoint
Nice condo on water with boat slip. Comfy couch, big screen tv with all the apps, just right size for two people. Granite tile and new paint in kitchen and appliances. Beds are full size and little soft for me as I prefer firmer. I love this location. Clean outdated bathroom. Great price for location. No Washe/dryer. Everything worked fine. No A/C. Fans provided. I would return here. I wished we had something we could move ice chest with on wheels; moving it from parking lot to kitchen was a chore.

Great location but sadly not maintained
Easy to walk to downtown, grocery and restaurants as well as accessing the path near water. Lovely to look at the water and the geese. And the home was dirty, windows especially so, lights flickering and the cushions on the living room chairs need replacing. Odd mixture of dishes (no cereal bowls for instance) and servingware. Couch did not smell bad. Traffic noise and a loud pump noise within the building that goes off intermittently. Tub/shower does not drain well.
