House was a great place to stay with a family while enjoying Sandpoint, Silverwood, and Schweitzer. The house had everything we needed as a family of 4 with lots of cooking supplies and staples. Location is easy walk to Sandpoint. One of the best VRBOs we have stayed at!

Well stocked kitchen with generous supply of towels, soaps, etc. The host was attentive to our needs and exceptionally gracious to provide a welcome gift of food. The location was ideal for walking downtown for food and shopping. Will definitely stay here again.

This property is just as described, immaculately clean, well-stocked, and very close (minutes walk) to city beach and downtown. The host made our stay extra special, stocking the kitchen with food, wine, and snacks, the bath with kids toys, and providing a pack n play upon request.

We had a wonderful few days staying at Robin’s very clean, well stocked comfortable home. Everything was perfect. Easy check in and check out. The welcome basket and fresh fruit and cheeses were greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. Being able to park and enter through the back of the house made getting in and out easy.The beds and linen were super comfortable. Loved the shower and the soaking tub!We also loved that we could walk every where from the house , Main Street is just 2 blocks away!If Robins house is available do not hesitate to book it . We felt like we had arrived at aClose friends house, not a rental. Thank you Robin

Robin was a fantastic host! She was extremely communicative and generous. There was a robust welcome basket and later in the week she brought over a fresh fruit basket. There was a mishap -our fault/glitch in the system (spoke to VRBO about the situation) which was NOT the host fault but she was VERY understanding and gracious. I would highly recommend this rental because it’s walking distance to town, festival and beach. It feels like you’re part of the neighborhood. Thank you Robin!

Amazing location in Sandpoint

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this adorable house. The space was super clean and updated. Robin left us all kinds of treats and goodies. The space is a downstairs apartment with 2 other units above. We really enjoyed meeting the neighbors. We were able to walk to the lake a few blocks over and it is a walkable distance to all the downtown restaurants and City Beach. I would recommend contacting the host directly for any listing questions. We were very satisfied and will return again! Thanks so much Robin!

Loved our stay

Robin did a great job transforming this home into a fantastic getaway in Sandpoint. Could not beat the location to walk to the beach and downtown. Kitchen was very well stocked. Robin met us in person when we checked in and gave some awesome recommendations for day trips and adventure ideas. I really appreciated that old-school touch of meeting Robin to go over everything at the home. This listing if for the first floor of a two story house. The upstairs tenant was very quiet and we almost did not know anyone lived up there. The downstairs gave us plenty of room as a family of 5 and another guest. We will definitely be back to stay with Robin again.

I love this quiet, charming residential neighborhood. It is centrally located and very safe. The neighbors are some of the finest people you could ever hope to meet. Another huge benefit to staying at Robins Nest 405 is being able to walk almost anywhere in the Oldtown/City beach area. The Marina is roughly 5 blocks away and War Memorial Park (Festival at Sandpoint) is roughly 3/4 of a mile away. Should you need medical assistance, an Urgent Care is within 500 feet and the hospital is less than 3/4 mile away.
