Welcome to our fabulous new townhouse. The only completely Allergy Free home on Vista Cay. We are delighted to be able to offer this breath of fresh air to those who may have allergies, issues with harsh chemicals, or who just appreciate a clean and clear environment for your stay here. The townhouse has also been completely and stylishly remodeled to include all new floors, paint, high efficiency AC system, fabulous bathrooms, comfortable furniture and many high tech additions to make your stay fun and easy. We ask only that you comply with our environmental rules. No Smoking. No pets allowed in the house under any circumstances. Only detergents we supply used for the house linens and towels
THE SPACE
The living area is light and bright with cherry flooring throughout. The open plan living floor has a huge D shaped sofa seating area, a 70” 4K smart TV also with Apple TV remote. A big comfortable dining area for 6 and the kitchen which has everything you might need for a snack or gourmet meal. We supply allergy free cleaning products, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods etc.. for your stay. No need to purchase any cleaning products while here.
BED & BATH
There are 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms plus a ½ bath on the living floor. On the top floor you will find the principle bedroom: King bed with super comfy mattress and top quality pillows and BrookLinen sheets. The en-suite bathroom has been completely remodeled with a large walk in shower and his n her vanity. And the best fluffy white towels. Also a double and twin bedded guest room with en-suite remodeled bathroom. On the 1st floor is further King room with remodeled en-suite shower room. All the bedrooms have TVs with Apple remote, ceiling fans and fabulous linens and bedding. The garage (really too small for a vehicle) houses the laundry - where we supply 7th Generation detergent - and a selection of bicycles and baby items for your use. I should mention that this house was created because the owner, who likes to visit often, has severe allergies. For that reason it is extremely important that the No smoking/No pet rule is respected. The owner happily supplies all the detergents for personal laundry while here and asks that you take advantage and not use any other detergents for our linens and towels. You will receive a Digital Guest Guide filled with info about the house, the resort and the area. Parking is on the driveway only, with additional, free parking available just a few yards away.

We are super excited that the new Epic Universe Theme Park has opened across the street. However, the new park has brought a lot of growth to the area, and there are several construction projects around our resort. We want to be transparent about this and have also discounted the rate to compensate.
DIGITAL GUIDE
We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, it is in your House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.
LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.

We aim to make your stay the best possible, so don't hesitate to contact us at any time with any needs you may have before or during your stay. This is your home away from home and we hope you'll be relaxed, comfortable and leave with great memories of your time with us.

In the unlikely event that circumstances necessitate us to change the property confirmed on your reservation, we will seek to relocate your reservation to a property of a similar or superior standard within our available inventory.
