Relax in our Cozy Quiet 2nd floor condo (No elevator). Just 1 block off the Parkway in a cul-de-sac tucked away & quiet.

If you like car shows & parades or just to relax. This is the place to be.
You have easy access to all the action. Walking distance to the Public grocery, The Island, restaurants, & theaters. The 3 Bears General store to see live bears & miniature golf.

The complex offers guests a private community outdoor pool (in season), charcoal grill area, picnic table and gazebo,

We have high-speed Updated WIFI. 2 LED flat screens with HD cable. In the living area we have a fold out comfortable Queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress. One bedroom with King size bed and jetted whirlpool tub for relaxing. A Full bathroom with bathtub/shower combo Full kitchen with dishes and all your cooking needs.

Visit our Cozy Relaxing getaway, and enjoy our quiet condo for all your needs.

We had a really good time in the condo. A great way to spend quiet time with your family. Way better than a hotel. It’s also walking distance to a lot of shopping and dining areas. The condo was very clean and cozy.

Very clean, in a nice quiet area but right in the middle of town without the hassle of going up a mountain on windy roads. Perfect for a couples get away or small family. This is our second time at this condo and we will definitely be back. The host were beyond helpful. The condo feels like a home away from home. It is clean and well maintained and most importantly the bed was comfortable. In my opinion this is the best condo in Pigeon Forge!!

The first thing we noticed when we walked in was how clean the condo was. We really appreciate that! It was perfect for a quick weekend getaway for us. The only issue we had was that the jets in the whirlpool bath did not work. That was definitely not enough of an issue to warrant complaining about. I did let the hosts know and they reached back out immediately letting me know they were unaware. We would recommend this condo to small families looking for an alternative to a hotel or cabin, or even locals like us!

Love, love, love staying here! Very clean and nice condo right off the parkway, close to all attractions and Dollywood.

We have been visiting Pigeon Forge, TN for many years. We bought this one condo from friends of ours. Who updated it and took excellent care of it. What more could you ask for.

Very well taken care of complex, just 2 blocks off the Parkway. Very quiet, even with all the action going on. We enjoy everything Pigeon Forge and surrounding areas has to offer all year long. Never a dull moment.
Gatlinburg, Townsend, Bristol, Cherokee NC. Great Smoky Mountains Railroad, Dollywood etc.... We love the car shows & festivals as well. You can keep busy or just relax.

The Le Conte Convention Center is within 4 minutes (1.3 miles)
The Titanic Museum is within 6 minutes (1.9 miles)
The Hatfield and McCoy Dinner Show is within 6 minutes (1.9 miles)
The Gatlinburg Aquarium is within 20 minutes (8.6 miles)
Regan's Pancake House on Parkway (2 blocks away)
Dollywood is located within 12 minutes (4.9 miles)
Cal Ripken Experience is located within 9 minutes (2.1 miles)
Ober Gatlinburg is located within 25 minutes (12 miles)
