Back on VRBO under new management! Looking to vacation like a champion in a luxury vacation property close to Disney, Orlando theme parks and golf? This modern, spacious 6 bedroom house with private pool and spa in the well known resort style community of Champions Gate is the perfect fit for you.

This house boasts over 3,200+ sq ft with large open floor plan easy for entertaining large families and groups. The living area features plenty of seating around the large LCD TV, and adjacent is the dining area and the kitchen. Don’t feel like eating out? There is a beautiful large kitchen fully equipped for all of your culinary needs to prepare a meal fitted with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. There is also a high chair, a travel crib and a stroller for use of our younger guests.

This wonderful house has 6 luxurious bedrooms, with the following distribution: 1 Queen bedrooms downstairs, 2 King bedrooms upstairs (with en suite bathrooms), 1 Queen bedrooms upstairs, and a newly designed Mickey Mouse room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds and one Star Wars theme bedroom the one bunk bed and twin bed.

This house also had a 2nd upstairs living area with large LCD TV and Xbox with games for the kids or kids at heart. For those with a competitive spirit, this house also has a game room complete with pool table.

If you need a break to relax from theme parks , you have the option of using your private lanai with pool and spa, or visit the Champions Gate's world class Oasis Club or Retreat Club (open to all registered guests). Grab a tube and float on the lazy river or dive in the resort style pool. Grab a bite to eat the onsite restaurant, or order food and beverages from the Tiki Bar poolside. An arcade and movie theater will keep the kids busy throughout the day. If you are looking for something more active than relaxing around the resort pool, there is volleyball, tennis and a large gym available. For golfers, play 18 holes on one of Champion’s gate’s 2 premier golf courses.

The trip was great. House was just as the pictures showed. Plenty of room. Had some loud neighbors behind us but otherwise good trip.

Disgusting! Furniture is stained and worn. nasty Decorative pillows.Must do cleaning was done Kitchen counters, stove, bathrooms, clean linens but it stops there. No dish clothes or dish towels. Cold water had been turned off under the sink. Dishes, cups, utensils looked like they came from a thrift store. Pot holders were dirty. 2 soup spoons and 3 teaspoons with lots of forks. Vegetable peeler was worthless, knives the same way, however there were 4 pizza cutters and 3 wine screws. Pool deck was dirty with crumbs and food particles on it. The legs were broke off one of the lounge chairs. Pool water was low in the pool and there was debris including a plastic spoon in the bottom of the pool. Called was told I could get the hose and fill it myself. This was a 5 day stay and had paid to have the pool heated. Grill on the deck was dirty and too nasty to use. lots of worn out pool towels unfortunately the same can’t be said for bathroom towels. Less than 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 was clothes per bathroom and no bath mats. 4 of the 8 TV’s worked. I called and was assured housekeeping checks them and it was a source issue. Not sure how they checked them when there were no batteries in the remotes. got batteries still didn’t work. 1/2 in of dirt on baseboards. Mechanically proficient husband got dryer to turn on however sign above dryer advises it doesn’t turn off. No chairs in any bedrooms. Lightbulbs burned out. Obvious lack of attention to maintena

Pick Another Home

This property has so much potential, sadly it is just potential. Where to begin? Upon first glance everything seemed fine then a litany of issues arose. Housekeeping did not leave bath towels for everyone, sheets had blood stains, comforters were not clean, nail clippings in the carpet, stained couches with stuffing popping out, broken furniture, a green pool, dirty all over patio, ant infestation, grill covered in soot and old grease, carpet way past due to be replaced, walls need repainting, trash on lawn, heinous traffic to get into the complex, hidden cameras and motion detectors, and the A/C went out on the last night without a competent property manager to call. It is clear the "new owners" did nothing to improve the property and actually charge extra for the hot tub. When talking to the property manager I was accused of "being nasty". Goodness me, who wouldn't be a little irked with the litany of issues? I'm surprised my family was as understanding as they were (as this was Christmas week). Please take our highest recommendation to STAY ELSEWHERE - you won't regret opting for a better cared for home.

Team trip made easy

We stayed here as a team and it worked out great. The place was spacious enough for everyone to have their own space but also get together to hang out and have dinner. I recommend this place for a family stay or any large group, it was great.

More space then it seems

I love this house the picture are an understatement.. the house is clean and spacious very organized… the only thing was the small grill lol but we definitely made it work and it had to be clean… but the house had everything you need for cookware and towels and cleaning supplies.. THE property manager FLYNN was very responsive and very helpful.. I would definitely stay at this place again
