Whether your visit to NBTX is to go tubing, attend a concert, or spend the day at Schlitterbahn water park- we assure that our location is just for you as we are only four blocks from worlds voted best water park and minutes away from downtown and Gruene, TX. And during the tubing peak season a local tubing outfitter has a convenient shuttle pick up service right outside the condo’s parking lot.
