Spacious Grace Bay home in the Turks and Caicos, with 2 bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms located at the private Grace Bay Townhomes development. Most importantly, Grace Bay Townhomes offers an optimal location in the center of the world-renowned Grace Bay, Turks and Caicos Islands. The quality built 2-story townhome is situated in a quiet enclave just off Grace Bay Road. No need for a car because of the close proximity to Grace Bay Beach (just a 5-minute stroll away), grocery store, restaurants, spas, yoga studios, gyms, shopping, and Provo nightlife.

Unit B3 is a middle unit in the complex and has an abundant 1552 sq. ft. of indoor/outdoor living space. The townhome features high ceilings, modern finishes, lots of storage space as well as a screened-in patio space perfect for dining or just relaxing with a good book and glass of wine.
On the main level, the kitchen opens to the bright and inviting living-dining area and has been finished with granite counters and maple cabinets. Located on the second floor each generous bedroom enjoys its own private En suite bathroom. In addition, there are lovely views of the freshwater communal pool and the tropical gardens from both the lower and upper levels.

Great family stay near Grace Bay

Property is well maintained and clean. Perfect for young family. Very easy walk to Grace Bay and close to all local shops and restaurants. Bianca was so accommodating and always available to help with our needs. We felt at home at Grace Bay Townhomes and would definitely recommend.

Short trip to Grace Bay

House was extremely clean and well taken care of. Dana met us upon arrival - which is very rare these days and much appreciated. Kids (6,3,1) had a blast in the pool area and the beach was an easy 4 minute walk. We had a great time even though we had to cut our vacation short :(

Grace Bay Townhomes

The property was perfect for 2 couples. It was a good location for shopping and excellent restaurants. It was a longer walk than 5 minutes to the beach, but easy and made the property a very good value. The couch in the living room was a little uncomfortable but I would recommend this property. Our hosts made check in and check out very easy and we loved the pool and screened porch.

Great location and close to the beach!

The property is just as it is published. It is a 5-7 mins walk to the beach through a path that is found just across the street from the Townhouses. The grocery store is a 5 mins walk. Dana and Scott are friendly and make sure that one of them is there to receive you. As for the additional air containing costs, to keep it affordable, we suggest you put the air conditioning on an hour before going to bed with the doors closed at 78F, the rooms will be cool for the night. We also put the air conditioning on the main area level when we got back to the house in the late afternoon after a day at the beach and turned it off at night. We spent two weeks at the townhouse and did not bust the air conditioning allowance! Overall the townhouse was great, the pool area is always kept clean and it is wonderful to have a screened in porch. Great affordable location 5 mins away from all the top hotels and the beautiful Grace Bay Beach!!!

Relaxing vacation at Grace Bay Townhomes

This mom and teenaged son stayed at Grace Bay Townhomes for a week in the latter part of April. The home was very clean and had all the amenities we needed to live comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped with good quality pots and pans, coffeemaker, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. We usually cooked breakfast each morning. We could walk to the very nice grocery store within a few minutes to purchase anything we wanted. The Wi-Fi worked great and with a laptop we could use the internet, including watching videos, anywhere in the unit. The TV also had good channels, including international news, entertainment channels, local news and a lot of sports channels. The weather was warm and sunny, but breezy during our stay. There were no mosquitoes or no-see-ums in the home or at the pool. We ran the upstairs AC a little to cool down the bedrooms in the evening, but we mainly depended on ceiling fans, open windows and the breezes while sleeping, without any issues. I can imagine that if it is not windy, one would need to run the AC more to keep cool. The beds were comfortable. The pool was very clean and lovely. There were others staying while we were there, but it never seemed crowded and was always very quiet. We did not rent a car, but during daylight walked everywhere. The short path to the beach also takes you right to many great restaurants, ice cream, a dive shop, and shopping. The unit had beach chairs, but we brought our own lightweight packable beach gear to use. We rented snorkeling equipment at the nearby dive shop and took a taxi to snorkel off the beach. We walked to a nearby resort to meet our ride for a snorkeling outing. We took a taxi home once or twice when we got too far afield for dinner. Dana and Scott were very helpful and easy to contact. Dana helped us identify the taxi operator where we accidentally left behind a cellphone and we were able to get it back—thank you! If you want a vacation where you have some extra room to relax and rest, this is a very good place. We would definitely stay here again.
