This bright and inviting condo offers everything you need for a comfortable and convenient beach getaway. The fully stocked kitchen includes all the essentials plus thoughtful extras like pizza pans, a crock pot, upgraded knives, and quality cookware. The spacious dining area seats up to seven guests, perfect for sharing meals or entertaining friends.
The bathroom features an upgraded stand-up shower, and both bedrooms include newer beds, pillows, and comforters for a restful night’s sleep. You’ll also find ceiling fans in the master bedroom, living room, and dining area—more than most units provide! The charming beadboard ceilings add an extra “beachy” touch, and the brand-new sleeper sofa includes a gel memory foam mattress for added comfort.
Outside, enjoy the tropical courtyard just downstairs, complete with seating for outdoor dining or happy hour. Charcoal grills are also available for guest use.

1. This condo is located on the second floor, and the complex does not have elevators, so guests must be able to climb stairs.

**The HOA is replacing the hallway flooring in the buildings as well as the condo access doors. This work is ongoing so you may see workers in the halls and at times be offered a short detour while some tile landings may be briefly blocked yet you will always be able to reach your condo. Exterior painting and landscaping is currently scheduled late summer 2026.

As part of our commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay for all, maintenance will enter monthly to change air filters and check smoke detectors. While we do not exact dates for these routine checks, notices in the common areas will be placed in advance.

- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
