While the property was adequate in one sense, there is certainly room for improvements. Having coded locks on the outside of each interior bedroom door was an unusual experience in all my years of renting. Why is this necessary? Many kitchen and bathroom towels/washcloths were frayed, bleach spotted. There were no hand towels in the bathroom, and the one kitchen towel supplied was stained and ready for the rag bag. There was plenty of hot water for showers. The coffee maker was dirty and required washing before we could use it. Sharp kitchen knives had been put away dirty. The glass stove top could use a good cleaning. Common soft scrub cleaning products would do the job. The beds were generally comfortable, but in bedroom one there was no top sheet. It was nice having ceiling fans, but we did not have control of the AC thermostat. There was no phone number provided to get directly in touch with the owner to trouble shoot, and we had to call the property manager, who then called the owner when the bedroom door codes did not work. Not my best short term rental experience.
