We propose you to the rent, in Belgodère, this charming air-conditioned villa with sea view, at approximately 800 meters of the beach of Lozari, with shared swimming pool, of a surface of 42 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 14 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a private garden of about 10 m² and a terrace. We are waiting for you!

The housing is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 14 m² with TV, Wifi included, double sofa bed and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2 : two single beds.
- A bathroom with bathtub.

Outside :
- A swimming pool (heated, shared) open from April to October (opening dates non-contractual, subject to modification by the residence), secured by a gate with specific opening. A paddling pool is also available for the little ones (10m x 25m) with a depth of 165cm.
- A private garden of about 10 m² with furniture, enclosed by shrubs, sunny until noon.
- A terrace of about 6 m², sunny from the afternoon to the evening, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, baby bed, plancha.

The house is ideally located in Belgodère, in a very pleasant and quiet environment within a residence. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Bowling, hiking, jet skiing, boating, horse riding, water sports center...
- White sandy beach with no parking fee and restaurant.
- Visit of the Agriates.
- Golf of Saint Florent.
- The citadel of Calvi and its ramparts.
- The Cap Corse.
- Visit of the Scandola and the calanques of Piana.

Transportation:
- You can park directly on the private numbered parking space.
- Nearest train station: Bus and maritime station of Ile Rousse located at approximately 13 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Calvi-Sainte Catherine located at about 37 minutes by car.

Other remarks :
- Free Wifi at disposal (optical fiber)
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent.
- A welcome basket is offered for reservations of at least one week.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. Rate : 15€ for a double bed kit / 13€ for a small bed kit / 6€ for a towel kit (1 large and 1 small).
- The cleaning at the end of your stay is to be done by you (or in supplement with our provider on the spot). Price 55€.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
