Absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house was great for our family (kids ages 11 months, 12, & 13). The pool was a bonus! House is located at the end of the street that also has a small park right next door. Although the house is private, there is a public walkway right next to the house, and quite a few people drive up and park outside the house to use the grass field. We would definitely stay here again as the house met all our needs and was a million times better than a hotel. Shopping/eating is all relatively close. Host was super easy to communicate with.

Was all that we expected. Very relaxing. A few small things might have been overlooked, ie. Kleenex, soap for shower, but that did not in any way diminish the experience. We would book it again.

The pool made this stay in 110 degree plus weather somewhat bearable. Very nice patio and lawn area.The house was very clean and comfortable. Being in a cul-de-sac made the traffic pretty much nonexistent. Nice park next house that would have been fun had it not been so HOT.

Good location, spacious and clean property

Our family was in town for two travel baseball tournaments. The house was spotless, comfortable, and provided everything we needed. The pool was nice to relax in after the hot days. The property is close to highways, shops, and restaurants. The host responded quickly if we had a question. Would stay here again!

Great location but with some issues

This is my family’s 5th time staying here . We love the location and layout of the house . However every time we arrive on day one the pool is not up to snuff . Once again we arrived to the pool water being green with the inside of pool walls dirty . The owner sent pool guy right over and he shocked it but didn’t scrub the sides. Hours after pool guy left the pool pump quit working . From past experience we knew the issue was the filters needed cleaned . Took four more days to get the filters cleaned . After that the vacuum quit . Overall we had to call five times for pool, and for five days our pool was fairly dirty . The house …. We walked into a house that smelled unclean . It had a foul smell from previous guests . Informed home owner who said she would let the cleaners know . It definitely was not cleaned properly nor did it feel or smell clean . Found areas of concern relayed those to home owner. Basically we cleaned a lot so we could feel comfortable staying there . I asked for my cleaning money back but still waiting to hear from owner . We left it immaculate so the next guests are lucky . This property has so much potential. So many Vrbo hosts provide special touches. Don’t expect any with this property. It is reasonably priced with the heated pool not being extra. Guess you get what you pay for . We are going to look into finding a new place to stay which we hate because the layout and location is so perfect for us . But we felt like we just had too many issues.

Nieces weekend wedding!

This was the perfect home for our weekend visit for my nieces wedding! It was super clean and the pool was delightful! We will definitely stay here again if the need ever arises. Beautiful home and the location is great!

Great Stay

This property was a great fit for our families needs. It had everything you could want, the park next door was an added bonus. Communication with the host was great - when we checked in the pool filters were clogged and the pool was cold. I texted Colette and she immediately responded and got the problem fixed. We would stay here again!

Clean, Great Location

Property is clean and well appointed. The heated pool was perfect and kids were happy. The only issue experienced was a smoke detector chirping in the middle of the night, requiring me to run to Walmart to get a new battery so was and no-one getting much sleep. Just unfortunate timing. Otherwise, no issues and its convenient to everything you need, shops, restaurants etc. Also, it's at the end of a cul-de-sac, bordering a park on one side which was a bonus. I would recommend and should we come back for another visit, will look to book again.

Relaxing stay

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. The house was furnished with all the comforts of home. The master bed was so comfortable. A dip in the pool was very refreshing. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice getaway!

We had a nice time spending the holiday week in this Surprise home. We loved how large it was and enjoyed the heated pool very much! The neighborhood is very quiet at times but it is next to a public park/walking path. So please be aware you will have foot traffic and cars parking outside the home throughout the day to access the park and walking path. Unfortunately, there were hiccups during our stay. A couple things were broken around the house but seemed to be easy fixes. The worst was the fridge and freezer though, it looked newer but it decided to stop working on us. We had to unfortunately throw food away since they were defrosted. Collette was great with communication but the timing for us was unfortunate since it was Christmas Eve. Luckily we were able to go out to eat and somehow fixed the fridge/freezer temporarily. Other than that, the stay was nice and we were able to enjoy Christmas.

I was in Surprise to visit my elderly mother. Normally I stay with m sister, but this time I was with my son and daughter-in-law. This place was perfect! Perfect location, very clean, exactly as described! Appreciate the heated pool! Highly recommend!!!

Nice house and location

We were very pleased with our stay. The property was clean, spacious , and well appointed. The pool was heated and certainly inviting but we were only there in the evenings when the air temp was in the 40s/50s so we weren’t brave enough to take a plunge. We would definitely consider this house for future visits to the area.
