Ideal for a family stay or with friends, it combines elegance, comfort and conviviality.



Villa that can accommodate up to 8 people.



Located near the Ylium shopping centre and main roads, it offers a perfect setting for peaceful holidays in Les Sables d'Olonne.

Large living room with fireplace, TV and direct access to the terrace and garden.

Adjacent, practical and fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, dishwasher...



Night side:

Ground floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds (160), wardrobe.

Shared bathroom with towel dryer, hairdryer.

Separate WC, large cupboard.

First floor: 2 bedrooms one with a double bed (160) and chest of drawers, the other with 2 single beds (80), storage furniture and suspended play net for children.

Bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin unit and WC, accessible from both bedrooms.

Landscaped terrace with garden furniture and adjustable awning.

Nordic bath for relaxation.

Heated swimming pool with sun loungers (open from May to mid-September)

Summer kitchen with gas plancha and football table.

Accommodation Prepared for Your Arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a completely relaxed arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To ensure consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the designated locations

Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation

In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
