The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in Chamrousse, this charming apartment with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 35 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 5th floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with two single beds
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

Outside :
- A balcony of 8 x 1.5m, facing south west, on which the living room and the bedroom overlook. A table is available in the closet of the living room to enjoy a meal outside.

The apartment is ideally located in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant environment, 50 meters from the chairlifts. You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Winter : skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing
Summer : hiking, via ferrata, trail, biking, bike-park, accrobranche, horseback riding, paragliding, tennis, spa, water ski lift, paddle rental, escape-game...
If you come out of season, almost all shops are closed. Don't hesitate to ask at the tourist office before your stay.

Transportation:
- You can park for free near the accommodation
- Please note that parking charges apply during the winter season, from 21 December to 23 March
- Bus line to Grenoble with a stop near the residence
- Nearest train station : SNCF of Grenoble at 50 minutes by car
- Nearest airport : Grenoble Alpes Isère at 1h10 by car

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Ski lockers available. More information from our partner on site.
- Please do not wear ski boots in the building.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. Sheet and towel kit (sheets, one large and one small towel, bath mat, tea towels) : 18 € per person.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility, or available at an additional cost of €59 from the concierge and payable on site.
