Lovely house. Everything was spotless and comfortable. Host was responsive and addressed problems timely.If you’re renting in winter be aware, the pool ( the main reason we chose this property ) is unusable due to it not being heated. Very disappointing.Everything else was perfect and Jensen is a terrific destination.

In all fairness to the homeowners and to make it known we are not misleading guests, Please Note: Under Pool Amenities description it states in Bold Letters. “POOL NOT HEATED” Again we are sorry about the misunderstanding and in fairness this question was never presented to the homeowners prior to booking or prior to check-in date. We did give our guests 1 night free to check-in early due to bad weather up north in good faith. Sincerely, Bart & Donna

A home away from home

What a delightful home to stay for 4 weeks and welcome family and friends to join us. I spent most of my time sitting outside looking at the beautiful yard and landscaping. Hosts were gracious and kind. Location was convenient to great restaurants and oceans.

3 peoples came from Michigan and 2 from Georgia. House was great and met our needs to a "T". This is our 6th year in Jensen Beach and I don't want to be anywhere but there. Our hosts were wonderful and very helpful with any questions we had. Looking forward to next year.

Great Jensen Beach neighborhood

The pictures of this property do not do it justice. The home is very comfortable and clean. The screened pool and lanai were like new. The huge backyard was professionally landscaped beautifully. This was the quietist neighborhood of all the VRBO rentals we have stayed at. I hope we can rent here again someday.

our happy place

Bart & Donna are great to deal with. The property is beautiful, the pool is perfect size for a family to relax and have fun in. The house is clean and has everything you can ask for including a kitchen with every dish, pan, and utensil you could need. One of our favorite things is the game table. We played chess and checkers fo hours during our stay. LOVE THIS HOUSE!!!

Beautiful, & clean home in paradise

Bart & Donna were exceptional hosts. They were super accommodating and very fast with answers to any questions we had. The house is beautiful with a great screened in pool, a hammock in the back yard and its only about 13 minutes to Jensen Beach. My family had plenty of space and really enjoyed the game table (chess & checkers, also had a deck of cards). We have been home for less than 24 hours and are already looking into renting from Bart & Donna again next summer! Great owners and great property.

Quiet Tropical Paradise

Excellent Hosts, Very Spacious and private property in one of the nicest area’s of Jensen Beach. The House is right around the corner from everything yet tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood. The property is very nicely landscaped, and everything in the house was functional. 65” TV with surround sound was great on the two coldest days of the year. The screened porch and patio was great for hanging out. The pool was very nice but unfortunately with the cold weather the pool temp was too cold to use. Lots of board games for the kids. I would definitely recommend this house.

FANTASTIC VACATION SPOT--IMMACULATE, COMFORTABLE, MANY AMENITIES BE YOU A COUPLE OR FAMILY. QUIET!!! SETTING WITHIN BEAUTIFULLY LANDSCAPED YARD AND NEIGHBORHOOD YET CONVENIENT TO STORES AND RESTAURANTS. HAD ARRANGED A CARIBBEAN VACATION BUT AN UNEXPECTED ONSET OF CELIAC DISEASE (GLUTEN/WHEAT INTOLERANCE) MADE FOOD SHOPPING AND DINING OUT TRICKY EVEN IN THE U.S., NEVER MIND AN ISLAND, SO LAST MINUTE CANCELLED AND WAS FORTUNATE TO RENT THIS PROPERTY ON SHORT NOTICE . STILL HAD A DREAM VACATION; IN FACT MY HUSBAND (THE GLUTEN FREE GUY) THOUGHT IT EVEN BETTER ) AS IT WAS SO CLOSE TO BEACHES, AND COMING BACK TO A POOL, LOUNGES AND OUTDOOR DINING PREPARED IN A WELL STOCKED KITCHEN WAS VERY RELAXING. Wonderful clean, spacious well maintained vacation home at a perfect location!

What an awesome vacation home! Bart was always easy to contact and so great to interact with. No question was a problem or went unanswered. Instructions were clear and complete. Excellant customer service!!!! The house had everything needed for an enjoyable stay - including bicycles which my husband loved. The home is very well supplied with a full kitchen, linens, towels and even pool/beach towels. Everything was in excellent condition and CLEAN. The AC worked great and it was so handy to have a washer and dryer! We thoroughly LOVED the private screened in pool and porch! Such a beautiful landscaped yard and peaceful neighborhood close to town and activites. The wildlife was fun to watch! A gopher tortoise made a nearly daily afternoon walk in the back yard and bunnies hopped about in the evening. We enjoyed spending relaxing time just hanging out at the house. Thank-You so much Bart so giving us the opportunity to rent your spectacular home! We hope to return in the future and will most definitely be checking in with you for a place to stay.

Das Haus liegt in einem sehr schönen und ruhigen Wohngebiet. Die Nähe zu dem Strand und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist perfekt. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz und ist gut eingerichtet. Die Terasse mit dem Pool und dem tollen Garten ist traumhaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das einchecken war völlig unproblematisch, obwohl wir erst spät angekommen sind. Fam.Brenner hatte alles bestens vorbereitet. Das Haus ist auf jedem Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Eine kleine Anmerkung: die Küchen Utensilien ( Besteck, Töpfe, Backbleche) müssten mal erneuert werden.

Beautiful home perfect for a family to relax and enjoy a vacation!

This property is by far the best we’ve ever stayed in. The house is nicely laid out and easily accommodated all 6 of us. We spent hours and hours enjoying the outdoor patio and pool. Walking with our grandson in the surrounding neighbor was a pleasure as it is quiet and the neighbors were so friendly. We enjoyed seeing the bunnies, birds including the owl, armadillo and tortoise in the yard each evening and in the early mornings. The beds were comfy, there were plenty of linens and the kitchen was well enough equipped for us to cook and grill almost every day. The few days were the weather was fussy we ate at the dining room table and it felt like home. Jensen Beach itself was charming, the beaches were wonderful and the fresh produce market was fantastic! This home is so close to any type of shopping you would need too. Really it was just a perfect stay, the house is wonderful, the owners are friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

My favorite home away from home!

All new fresh paint! Neatest and cleanest place in town. Close to all the Shopping and grocery stores. Sitting on the Lanei, is like sitting in paradise. Beautiful view, quiet and peaceful.

Simply paradise!

All freshly painted, updated furniture and the most peaceful, delightful view, when sitting on the Lanei. You never want to leave the Lanei:) Convenient to everything. Beach, shopping, groceries, Just everything!

Sunny Thanksgiving getaway

This is our second year staying in Jensen Beach. Didn't think it was possible but this time was more relaxing and enjoyable. We ventured out into the community more, moving about as "locals." The lanai/pool was still my favorite place for lunch; and the site of the best afternoon naps. Bart was accessible and attentive when we had questions. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.We are already looking forward to next year!

Perfect location for family getaway

My family and I stayed in this beautiful home for a week over the holidays. We came from OH, VA, and CA to soak up the Florida sun. Beginning with the booking process, Bart was prompt and thorough with his responses. Check in/out were seemless. Bart provided us with little tips on where the locals enjoy the best food. We immediately felt at home. The layout of the house allowed us to enjoy each other's company but also retreat to a quiet place when we needed to recharge. The foyer provided great acoustics for my son to practice his violin. The washer and dryer were invaluable. We absolutely loved the screened in lanai and pool. When not at the beach, we spent as much time as possible outside - swimming, relaxing, playing cards, or dining. My mom would take a nap out there almost everyday. No detail was too small. We had access to bikes, coolers, beach towels/chairs, and anything else you might need to enjoy a day at the beach. The neighborhood was centrally located to the beach, grocery, pharmacy, etc. The neighbors were very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and are already looking ahead to next year to see when we can return. We have no doubt that when we return, we will come back to this beautiful oasis. Thanks again!

Large, spacious one story home, Well maintained, Beautiful large lanai with lovely pool.

My husband and I spent the month of March 2016 in this spacious 3 bed, 2 bath private home located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The home is conveniently located to the many dining and retail establishments in the area as well as a short drive (3.5mi) to the beautiful Jensen Beach located on nearby Hutcheson Island.This home features a very large lanai enclosing a well maintained swimming pool. We enjoyed many of our meals dining outside in the lanai while enjoying the beautifully maintained tranquil backyard. There is also a grill available to prepare your meals if desired. This home is very roomy and well maintained and would recommend it to anyone seeking this type of vacation unit. Bill and Mary Martin

CHRISTMAS GET AWAY

This place was absolutely perfect. We had not been to Florida together since 2004. The home was very comfortable, bright, clean and welcoming. The kitchen was very comfortable for 6 people to move around in all at the same time. The window over the sink that opened to the lani/pool area was absolutely ingenious. My husband was able to continue his conversation with us while we were working on a puzzle outside or swimming in the pool while he prepared food. The location was very close to the beach. We went to the beach every day. The fish market was very close as well. Wonderful neighbourhood as well. The home had a lot of beach accessories as well so we packed lunches and brought the lawn chairs provided, with buckets and shovels for the sand at the beach. Thanks so much for lending us the use of your great home. I hope that if we need a quick get away in the near future that it will be available to us. Thanks again!
