Bills/Patriots Game and a visit with local friends

We had the most amazing stay at this property! There is nothing that the hosts didn’t think of. There was more than enough space and all the little details made it a home. The neighborhood is so quaint too!! We are already looking at when we can go back!! Sadly this home seems to book quickly! There is nothing I would suggest as an improvement as it was ALL perfect!! We even got a Bills win!! Thank you so much to Christine and Patrick!

Perfect House for Buffalo / Bills game

Excellent property!

Our family of 6 loved staying here while we were visiting family in Buffalo! I've never stayed at a rental where so much thought has been put into every detail. They literally thought of everything! The neighborhood was quiet, centrally located, and the A/C worked SO well, which was much needed during our stay. Excellent vacation rental!

Great spot for visiting family members

I had family coming from out of town for family reunion/memorial services. This was the perfect place. My family raved about the soft sheets, comfy towels and how well appointed the house was. The owners thought of everything. My family included a 6 mo old and they could have traveled more lightly had they known just how well equipped the house was. The house is exceptionally clean with very comfortable furniture. My family was able to go back to the house for much needed down time in between several different events. And with an infant it was especially helpful to have a kitchen and laundry. So much better than staying at a hotel. One last thing-easy access right off the NYS Thruway. I chose this location based on the previous reviews and they were spot on. Five stars all the way around.

Easy Access to Buffalo

Cleanest VRBO we've ever stayed in! On top of being a cute, comfy home, we loved that the owners thought of everything (tea, spices, toiletries, umbrellas, snow brush, board/card games, baby gear, etc. all readily available if needed). House was very nicely decorated too! Christina was responsive to any messages/questions.

Amazing!!!

What a perfect property for a family with young kids in Buffalo! We came from Florida for a Bills Playoff game and brought our four little girls and the house was perfect! They truly thought of so many tiny details from the cocomelon building blocks to the highchair and the pack and play in the closet to the game room and even the toiletry amenities and the coffee/tea cabinet stocked perfectly just ready to host you! Would stay at one of their properties again instantly! Loved our stay and the hosts were amazing too! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Awesome weekend in Buffalo for football!

We came with our family to watch the Bills /Vikings game! We were pleasantly surprised with this quaint cozy home!! It is in a great location, close to the airport the falls, the stadium., and casinos! The hosts were very attentive checking in each day. The house has more than adequate space, don't let one bathroom dissuade you! The game room was an absolute blast. 5 stars in our book!

Best Rental Ever!

We've stayed at a lot of rental homes and this one was by far the best. It's super clean and cozy. We have allergies and nobody so much as sneezed while we were staying here. The home was perfect for our family of four and very kid friendly. The game/playroom was a nice bonus, and the Disney+ subscription on the TV was extremely thoughtful and much appreciated by all after a long day exploring Buffalo or Niagara Falls. Beds are all super comfortable! The little backyard was a nice place for the kids to burn off a little energy. Can't say enough good things about this home!

We had a great weekend in this house!!! The house was immaculate, felt right at home the whole time. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. There were 4 bedrooms and a living room so we had a chance for alone time and time with the group. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. If we are back in Buffalo, we will stay here!

The house was super clean and had so many more essentials then what were listed on vrbo. Christina, the host, was super nice and accommodating. She checked on me everyday to make sure my trip to buffalo was going well. Highly recommend this home, you won’t be disappointed!

Exactly as described

House was perfect for our trip. Enough room for 5 of us. We had everything we needed. The weather didn't cooperate for skiing, but we were able to check out the canal side and the falls. Host was very accommodating. Would stay here again.

This property chose us actually. We were saddened to see the state it was in and wanted bring it back to life. It was a year long project that involved a lot of long nights, strong coffee and pizza but the results made it so worth the struggles.
