Thank you for bringing up those issues. The mattress has been replaced. The couch did have a support that was cracked and that has been repaired and a new couch is in the works.

Although I appreciate any feedback I can use to help improve future guests stays. I do not feel your review is accurate at all. I did go to the apartment immediately after reading your review. The King bed does have a dip on one side. Your definition of terrible is different than mine, but that does have to be addressed and the mattress will be replaced today. The $80 cleaning fee is a fraction of the cost that I pay to have the apartment professionally cleaned after each guest leaves. They do an excellent job and I consistently receive a positive comments about the cleanliness of the apartment. In no way is the bathroom mouldering nor is there hair on the walls, nor is the bath mat stained or dirty. There is a non-Slip Matt in the tub because it is a porcelain tub and well, it can be very slippery. Both large air-conditioning units worked perfectly fine. They were both set to 72 when I arrived so maybe you needed to adjust the temperature. I did install a third air-conditioning unit today so each bedroom now has its own dedicated air-conditioning unit. There are window stops in all the windows that have AC unit units so they cannot be raised any further. I did not see broken blinds, if you were concerned about someone from the second floor next door being able to see through the blinds, you can always adjust the slats so they are pointed up instead of down. I am not sure why you had difficulty plugging in the CPAP machine, there are outlets on three of the four walls in the bedroom. Besides a water stain, the dish cabinets were not dirty at all. As far as being asked to wash your own towels, this is exactly what it says in the welcome guide “… the apartment is turned over after each stay by a professional cleaning company so don’t feel as if you have to clean. If possible, it would be much appreciated if the towels can be started in the washer before you leave. Laundry always takes forever to dry and the cleaners are often stuck waiting for linens to dry.” I do appreciate your feedback as it allowed me to make a couple changes, but I do not appreciate the fact that you are going out of your way to try to misrepresent the apartment as being dirty.
