Located between Saint Emilion and Sauternes, less than an hour from Bordeaux, in a pleasant and peaceful setting in the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers Bordeaux vineyards, this comfortable winemaker's house offers the charm of the countryside amidst vines, meadows, and woods. This renovated rural gîte with old stone and exposed beams is ideally located for exploring the Bordeaux vineyards. You can enjoy a large enclosed garden with magnificent countryside views and a shared heated family pool (from May 1 to September 30, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.). A secure bicycle storage room is available for your rides on the Roger Lapébie cycle path or in the hills of the Entre-Deux-Mers region. Jean Claude, who runs the village hiking club, can give you advice on hiking trails. On the ground floor, a room includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a lounge area with a wood-burning stove. Upstairs, a large 26m² bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and a 90x190cm bed, and a private bathroom/WC. A terrace area with awning, garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue and plancha grill, and deckchairs are available. Wi-Fi access is available. End-of-stay cleaning is available (additional charge). Sheets, kitchen and bathroom linens, wood, and heating are included. Electric car connection available via a 7kW wallbox. Charging is available at night during off-peak hours.
