The Médoc countryside is where we invite you to stay, in a peaceful setting and a flower garden. A donkey and a chicken coop (located 20 meters away) on the property add a rustic touch. Our village of Vendays Montalivet is located a few kilometers from the beautiful ocean coast with its fine sandy beaches. Also discover the region's typical markets, including the daily market in Montalivet, the small ports of the Gironde estuary, the lighthouses of Richard and Cordouan (listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2021), as well as our large lakes like Carcans/Hourtin, not to mention the great wines. Explore the region along the many hiking and cycling trails. We welcome you to our doors. Children can see the chickens. The house, located in the countryside, is attached to two other apartments and features an enclosed flower-filled terrace, garden furniture, and a carport. You will find a living room with a kitchen (microwave), dining area, and sitting area, two bedrooms (one 140x190cm bed, two 90x190cm beds), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. A covered games room with a ping-pong table is available. Parking is available on the property and, if needed, in the shade. Electric heating is not included for electricity consumption exceeding 8 kWh per day. Bicycle path 6 km away. Sand yachting 14 km away. End-of-stay cleaning fee is an additional charge.
