Located in the heart of the Côtes de Blaye appellation vineyard, about ten kilometers from the Citadel of Blaye, Vauban's fortress with its shops and crafts, the Rose cottage opens its doors to you for your stay. Its location in the hamlet of l'Hôpital, a few steps from the village of Eyrans, will allow you to benefit from a calm and pleasant environment with a park and garden available where birdsong radiates. Cycling enthusiasts will find a cycle path 500 meters from the cottage that will take you through woods and vineyards. Also worth discovering in the surrounding area are the estuary along the water with cruises on the Gironde, the village of Bourg sur Gironde and the corniche road, or the ornithological reserve of St-Ciers-sur-Gironde as well as the marsh with its carrelets and several restaurants on site. Located near the owners' home and a second cottage, you will benefit from independent access to the cottage. Carefully renovated, the house consists of a small equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with lounge area and sleeping area (one 160x200 cm bed), a bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet included, a laundry area with washing machine.
