With a surface area of ​​55m², the fully equipped apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Make yourself comfortable in the living room, on the sofa bed, and enjoy the TV and high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber) to relax.

Cooking enthusiasts will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee machine, oven), ideal for preparing delicious meals. On the night side, a spacious bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and plenty of storage awaits you, while the living room has a 2-seater sofa bed for a second bed.

For your comfort, bed linen and bath towels are provided. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer.

And for even more convenience, enjoy a balcony as well as a reserved parking space.

You have access to the entire accommodation. There is just a closed door where we keep personal belongings
If you come by metro, metro 10 (Charles Michel) or metro 8 (Commerce) are 5 minutes away.
By car, we have a parking space at your disposal.

Accommodation ideally located because close to all shops (Carrefour market opposite the building), bakeries, restaurants, stores.
The Eiffel Tower is a 10-minute walk away and Montparnasse is 15 minutes away.
Many buses and metros are all around the accommodation which makes your travel very easy.

By transport: Metro 10 (Charles Michel) or 8 (Commerce) 5 minutes away
By Car: a private parking space is at your disposal

No parties and non-smoking accommodation
Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and leave the apartment in the condition in which you found it.
Arrivals are made independently from 4 p.m. - keys can be collected in a store less than 5 minutes away on foot
Please do not make noise in the common areas and on the balcony after 8 p.m.
Early check-in & late check-out :
For any check-in before 4:00 PM or check-out after 10:00 AM, an extra fee of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability.
