Great location & nice size condo for a group
We were visiting for a wedding and wanted something that could fit our group and was conveniently located. Since we brought our mountain bikes, it was nice to store our stuff in the garage. Kitchen was well stocked (loved the spice cabinet) and it was nice that there were games/toys for the kids that came along.

Perfect Moab getaway
This place was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. It had everything needed to feel like home. It was close to Arches & Canyonlands National Parks as well as downtown Moab. Highly recommend this place for your lodging needs in Moab.

Moab - Skinny Tire Festival
Great place, centrally located townhouse with easy access to downtown as well as the bicycling events. Joined our bicycling friends for the four day festival. Had fun on the rides and then had plenty of space for our friends in this townhouse. The owner was very attentive to our needs and house was well appointed with a very nicely stocked kitchen! Only thing we were disappointed in, the HOA decided to resurface the pool/hot-tub during our stay, so we did not have access to that , which it biking legs could have used. Otherwise we found the house to be enjoyable, spacious & comfortable. I would definitely book this place again. Thanks!

This is a great place to stay. It is conveniently located and easy to find. We were there for a ladies mountain biking trip. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen was fully stocked which was nice. The BBQ needs to be cleaned because it caught on fire when we were cooking our steaks. I would recommend this. There was 9 of us and it was comfortable Cons - They didn't leave enough toilet paper or paper towels for us and no dishwashing soap. The BBQ needs to be cleaned out. Other than that it was perfect.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean, very spacious, and had plenty of sleeping arrangements for our party of 12. We enjoyed having extra amenities such as cooking spices, baggies for food, and shampoo and conditioner in all bathrooms. The location is very easy to find and close to Arches, grocery stores, and restaurants. Overall, I would choose to stay here again anytime!

Great spot for family fun in Moab!
We were a group of 11 (6 adult, 5 kids) & the home was ideal. The home was just as listed in terms of the space and amenities. Lots of maps and information on the area. Kitchen was spacious and well-stocked for making family meals. Very kid-friendly with toys, games, and movies. Owner was helpful and super easy to coordinate with. We stayed only 3 nights and regret not being able to stay for longer. Good location — easy drive to Arches and walkable to downtown Moab. Just really lovely and exactly what we were looking for!

Location was perfect for our quick trip to Moab. Communication with Curt was great and check in process went easy with good directions to the place and info about our stay. Plenty of room for the 8 of us (4 adults / 4 kids) with room to spare. The house has all the amenities we could ask for. Good room for vehicles in the garage and driveway. Only word of warning is that the neighborhood has tighter streets. We trailered our Jeep and there isn't a lot of room to maneuver in the complex. Give this 5 stars and we will definitely look it up again next time we visit Moab.

Entrada 438 is just a short walk to Moab’s Main street, Bike Shops, OHV Rentals, Western gift and Souvenirs Shops, Restaurants, Bistros, and the Moab's Information Center located in the Center of Town.
A quick bike ride away takes you to the entrance to Kane Creek and the Colorado River Road, A Must See, Along this road, you will find Numerous Hiking, Biking, Jeep Trails, Petroglyphs, and a great Base Jumping Viewing Area by the Amasa back trail head.

Up the spectacular River Road Highway 128 is minutes away from the Entrada units. This winding road along the Colorado River takes you by Negro Bills, William Grandstaff family Hiking Canyon which is easy and beautiful. Further up river are some nice beaches and river rafting put ins. Also located up river is Castle Valley and Moab's Castle Creek Winery, which features an excellent restaurant and the Moab Museum of Film and Western Heritage. Further is Fisher Towers with really nice scenery and hiking. There’s so much to do, you’ll want to stay weeks to see everything or please come back next year and book Entrada 438 and get a special returning guest discount.
