COME STAY WITH US!!
We offer a charming cottage with a side covered patio to sit and rest, while enjoying our yard, our waterfall & lots of feathered friends. We've pulled out all the stops to make your stay a memorable one and provide you with all the comforts of home.

We're less than 5 miles to any & all attractions the City of Oaks has to offer.
We look forward to hosting you at our Water Feature Cottage.

Our cottage is one of a kind with the water feature and landscaping. Parking pad at the front door. There are no steps at the entrance door because you are at ground level.
There is a private back covered patio with seating and a grill.
We designed this space to be just the right size for comfort and a great place to get away from your daily travels into the city during the day.
Our goal is to make your stay a memorable one.
Come and visit and make sure you feel right at home during your stay.
This is a non-smoking property, if you are a smoker you will need to book with another host. If you have visitors, they must abide by the same rules.

The Water Feature Cottage was perfect for our 5 night stay, just the right size for 2 people, but also comfortable for our son to visit. The cottage was immaculate, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet at night. The "back porch" patio is perfect for enjoying coffee or drinks and the landscaping is beyond beautiful. We really enjoyed watching birds, listening to frogs and discussing plants with Larry. Thank you Larry, Sandra and (of course) Hobbs!

Very Cute and Comfortable

Stayed for 3 nights. The property was very clean and extremely comfortable. DirectTV made for relaxing evenings and the location was very convenient to Raleigh sites. Will definitely stay at this property again.

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and were looking for a place to relax before and after the festivities. This was the perfect spot! A heavenly place to stay

The cottage is my go-to place to stay on my frequent trips to Raleigh to see my son, and I look forward to arriving every time. We have stayed at several VRBO’s This is my favorite by far. Location was good, the yard with the pond and flowers were beautiful. But the house itself was amazing. Spotless, well decorated s d had anything you needed. Larry was a great host!

Overnight get away!

This weekend I wanted to get away from the noise of my home life but I didn't want to go far. This place was the place that made me feel like I was at home away from home. The ambience of backyard and the quiet atmosphere made it perfect for an outdoor dinner. The interior of the home was just a cozy. Larry and Sarah was so kind and outgoing and made this a smooth experience.

Best hosts ever!

We could not have asked for a better stay or cottage to stay in! We needed a nice place to retreat to after long days at the convention center, and Larry & Sandra provided the perfect spot. The cottage was just the right size for a 6 night stay, complete with laundry room and anything you could need. The property is just stunning with the Koi pond and greenery. It feels extremely secluded, but it's less than a mile from all stores, restaurants, and conveniences. I hope business brings me to Raleigh again just so I can stay here!
