Summer house of 150 m², on a closed ground of 1500 m² located in a residential area of Cavalaire, at 1,2km from the beach and the conveniences.
You will be able to go to the beach, to the restaurants, to the bakery and to the mini-market on foot.
In summer (July & August), the city of Cavalaire provides free shuttles to move around easily.
The house can accommodate 10 adults. All rooms except one (north side) are air-conditioned.

On the ground floor : Bedroom 1 : Double bed 140X190 + 1 bed 90 x 190
Room 2 : Queen size bed 160 X 200 - access to the outside - desk
Room 3 : Double bed 140X190 - access to the outside - office

One and only bathroom equipped with double basins and a towel dryer.
1 WC
Fully equipped kitchen: stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker)
Living room with television - internet box

On the first floor :
Bedroom 4 : Bed 160X200 + 1 bed 90 X 190
Room 5 : Bed 140X190 + a desk + WC and sink in the room

In the basement : a second fridge - a washing machine - a dryer - an additional shower and WC

Covered terrace of 35 m² to eat outside, with family or friends.
Small electric barbecue available.
Enclosed garden, dogs are welcome!
We count on the owners to leave the garden clean and to make sure that there is no noise pollution that could harm the peace of our neighbors.
