Harbor House was completely renovated in 2020. Our beautiful beach house is in the perfect North Fork location, steps from our private beach, walking distance to farm stands, marinas and restaurants and a quick bike ride to wine country vineyards and craft breweries. This 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom beauty sits 100 steps to the private beach and is just 75 miles from NYC. Skip the traffic and spend precious time relaxing and unwinding!

Harbor House is where you want to be with something for everyone. The little ones can enjoy the beach, nearby aquarium, berry/apple/peach picking, hiking, fishing and swimming; of course the North Fork offers many activities for adults as well.

Features
Beach Access - Aside from the complete renovation, the best part of this beach house is the proximity to the beach. Included are beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and beach wagon – just bring your swim suit and sun screen.

Master Suite – Privately located as the only bedroom on the second level, the Master Suite is thoughtfully equipped with a brand new King Bed, walk in closet, dresser, 2 night stands and en suite bathroom. The master suite is very private and spacious with plenty of natural light and vaulted ceilings.

Junior Master – Located on the first level, includes a Queen bed, dresser, night stand and spacious closets.

Beach Bunk Bedroom – Twin-Over-Full bunk bed with brand new mattresses, night stand and closet.

Guest Bath – Includes towels, hand/face clothes, shower/tub combination.

Kitchen – The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, granite counter tops and an island where you may enjoy entertaining and the open concept to the Great Room.

Great Room – The Great Room is open concept and is perfect for gatherings. The morning sun and ocean breeze streams through endless walls of windows. The Great Room is wide open with 2 areas; the family room has a 65” Smart HDTV, comfy sectional sofa and coffee table. Along the feature wall there is a welcoming oversized chair and ottoman where you may relax with your favorite book. Finally, the dining area is outfitted with a farm table, bench and four chairs which truly makes every meal a family affair.

Outside you will find a Weber gas grill, picnic table (umbrella provided) and sitting area with an oversized loveseat and cocktail table.
