This light and airy space with all the modern conveniences is just a short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. It's close to world class golfing, surfing, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, convention center, and so much more. Located near a beach that I dream about often! I'm so happy to share this place with others.

It has a modern kitchen with stone countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, French press, coffee grinder, toaster, microwave, blender, coffee, full set of cookware and bakeware, and so much more. The basic cooking necessities. Also provided are outdoor plates and cups to use on the patio so you can enjoy a great meal alfresco.

The property has UHD 4K smart TVs in the living room, each bedroom, and the patio, with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, and Disney+ streaming services. It also has a WIFI system throughout the home.

Downstairs features a living room with a sleeper sofa, 55" television, and a cozy fireplace. The kitchen has a breakfast bar beside the dining area, and a bathroom with a shower. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer (detergent is provided free of charge). An iron and ironing board are also available.

Head upstairs and you'll find three bedrooms with bamboo floors. The front bedroom features a queen bed with attached balcony (great place to have coffee in the mornings). The middle bedroom also has a queen bed. Just outside these bedrooms is a common bathroom with a jetted tub to lounge in. The master bedroom features a king bed with it's own master bath featuring a tub and shower with rainfall showerhead.

Head to the private backyard where you'll find a great area for relaxing and dining in the covered open air patio. And what's a backyard without a gas BBQ. You'll also find a gas fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs where you can roast hot dogs and marshmallows.

Enjoy a day at the beach with the provided bikes, chairs, toys, umbrella, beach towels and wagon.

We have an outdoor shower on the side of the house so upon your return from the beach you'll be able to rinse off the sand and feel more comfortable before entering the house for a relaxing evening.

There are many great restaurants and bars close by, the area has a free Beach Buggy transport service to take you to the local it downtown bars and restaurants. You can download the app and order a free ride.

Disclosure: There is one security camera facing the front common area (the area that can be seen from the street).
