The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Alexain near Mayenne, this charming house with private pool, of a surface of 200 m ² and being able to accomodate up to 10 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 27 m² (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, five bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of about 1 000 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor
- A living room of 27 m² with TV, Wifi (optical fiber), fireplace (wood not provided)
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet
- A separate toilet

On the first floor
- Four bedrooms with queen-size bed (160×200) and each with an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet

For even more comfort: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A private (heated) 3×14m swimming pool, open from 15 May to 30 September (opening dates non-contractual)
- Tennis court and playground
- A beautiful garden of 1 000 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

The house is ideally located in Alexain, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
