Best floor in the condo. Go right across from Parking to the unit. Loved this place!

The unit was nice, modern, comfortable and convenient. Hardly ever used the elevators. Theres a reason I chose this condo, it had all 5 star reviews and it shows. Warren Beach Rentals team helpful and knowledgeable about the area and were great hosts.

Fall break with family

We have stayed at this Condo building before, but not thru Warren Beach Rentals. This was by far the nicest room! Every thing was clean! Communication with them was amazing! They have about 250 places you can stay if you go directly to their site. I will be using them from now on in the future!

Lovely

The condo was well maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation at the beach. It was more than big enough for 3 teenagers and 3 adults- 3 bathrooms was a plus! There was plenty of room and we enjoyed the 4th floor level convenience.

Stayed a wk, condo exactly as advertised. Right on the beach. Great location. We all loved it. Owners were great to communicate with, very quick responses on questions we had. Definitely recommend for family or friends

Steve, we can only control the interior of the condo. Sterling Breeze is among the newer and nicest of the PCB condos that are available to rent. I am truly Puzzled by this review.

Perfect Getaway

The condo was beautifully decorated and spacious enough for our family of six. Everything was clean and in its place when we arrived. We loved the perk of the chairs and umbrella on the beach being included and additional chairs were available to take down to the beach as well. We had a great time easily accessing the beach, pool and hot tub, as the youngest wanted to move from activity to activity. Highly recommend! We will return for sure.

Overall great condo

Overall a great condo, plenty of space and well stocked. There was a musty smell that lingered. Luckily this condo is on the 4th floor and most of the time could we utilized the stairs. One elevator was out most of the stay and that was a pain in the rear.

Unexpected noise

Checked in on Monday happy and ready to enjoy, as soon as we came from the beach on Tuesday it became a hell, we are still not sure where that noise came from, like a very loud drill, it was impossible to take a nap, watch TV even talk, we stayed on the 4th floor, my kids stayed on the 11th floor and they had same noise in their apartment, I called to CS they offered us a house, but not on the beach, so we decided to wait till next day to see if it will be no more noise and great Wednesday was nice, but Thursday same noise from 9 am to 6 pm, so 2 days from 6 was ruined completely. We could understand remodeling, but this noise in every apartment, that insane. We coming to have a rest and good time, and this is not for free, and we cannot enjoy it.

Elevators weren’t working

Everything was great about the trip except for the elevators. We often had to take the stairs because only one elevator was working and after waiting for up to 10 minutes we gave up. Good thing we weren’t on a high floor!

Great Vacation Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and the view was amazing! The only downside was having to pay $30 per vehicle to park and we thought it should be advertised as a 2 bedroom with bonus area with bunk beds simply because the washer/dryer is located in the same area or room as the bunks and the master bath was bigger than the room with bunk beds. The pictures made it seem a little larger but everything else was fantastic! So glad we were able to have a family vacation for my 40th birthday! Being a nurse in a pandemic doesn’t leave much vacation time so we were very grateful and enjoyed it thoroughly! Thanks!

Great location, friendly parking garage attendant and pool staff

Great location prompt response through emails, only issues there was mold in tubs and showers. You shouldn’t have to pay to use a cart for luggage ☹️

Lisa, we went and checked the tubs and showers and didnt see one ounce of mold or mildew anywhere. But, as a precaution we bleached them down as we do between each guest. We do not make the rules for the association and we let guests know in advance they pay to park in the parking deck.

Our stay

- property was clean -property had all amenities you need to cook up your own little meal -loved the electric grill- couldn’t tell it wasn’t gas -we brought our own chairs and beach toys, property also had them on hand in the room -property also supplied us with beach umbrella and cushions for the week -great views from balcony -rooms were spacious -not a far walk from the pier- shopping.eating.bars - Inconvenience #1 called before hand to make sure my sprinter van would fit in parking garage - stated it would. 9’8 tall-22ft long- it did not. Emailed property manager and got a quick response - was able to park at marcos pizza about a block down the street. - inconvenience #2 - we started to leave at 830am day of check out (10am is check out) and we’re not finished till a little after ten because the elevators were not working. We had to use the stairs back and forth to load up. Took us over a hour and half. Very tiring and a bad way to end a wonderful vacation. We were on the 4th floor and I can’t help but think what if we were on the 20th??😐😐😐

Great location great property

Amenities and property were great, 4th floor was a good location as it’s high enough for good view, but low enough that stairs were a good option during peak elevator usage. This was true for going to beach or move in/out. Definitely recommend!
