We have both lived in the Seattle area for 30+ years, and LOVE to travel to sunny, warm places -especially Kona - to get away from the rain, cold, and grey skies! We most appreciate the perfect temperatures for outdoor activity 360 days a year, and that our home is in the perfect location for all kinds of travelers!

We are so happy to have our own condo as an oasis, and to introduce others to this wonderful spot! We have been visiting Kona since our Honeymoon, years ago. We love the Island and the Aloha spirit in this wonderful community and are excited to share it with others. When we rented at White Sands Village for the 1st time, we immediately felt at home. Such a fabulous property! Safe, near shopping, close to town, and just across the street from a beautiful beach, the most accessible, fun beach volleyball in the area, great boogie boarding waves, and a restaurant w/ a bar, plus a day-time beach-shack! We were thrilled when this unit came open! We particularly enjoy its location towards the back, for its privacy and nature-filled surroundings. It is one of the most prized units at the complex, for those of us that want a true "get-away". We have also enjoyed visiting Puerta Vallarta, getting to know the people there, until the pandemic made travel to Mexico less appealing. After using VRBO for years, both personally, and for annual family gatherings from different states, we knew it would be an easy, straightforward, and reliable way for our guests to make travel arrangements.
