The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Pessac, this charming family house of lime pit foot on a landscaped plot of 1600 m ² with swimming pool, in edge of wood and being able to accomodate to 8 travellers. Its 170 m² of surface offer a bright setting perfect to relax and enjoy your stay. It is composed of a pretty living room of 50 m², equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms. Sheets and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 50 m² with sofas, TV, Wifi (optical fiber)
- A dining room area to gather around a good meal
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, espresso machine...
- A bathroom with a bathtub and a washbasin
- Two separate toilets

Night space:
- Master suite: a double bed (140×190) with an adjoining bathroom with shower, vanity unit
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190)
- Room 4: a king-size bed (180×200)

Exterior:
- A private, unheated swimming pool of 3.3x8m. It is secured with a sliding cover which allows to heat the water between April and October. Opening dates not contractual.
- A beautiful garden of 1 600 m². The land is fenced, with an electric gate.
- A terrace of 40 m², exposed south to take advantage of an optimal sunshine, without opposite and includes the garden furniture for 8 persons.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is located away from the main roads, in a quiet residential area, which borders the Landes forest estate with its traditional pine plantations.
You will also find in the immediate vicinity, all the necessary shops (butcher and pharmacy at 200 m, supermarket at 7 minutes by car, farm and local products at 4km).

It is located in the commune of Pessac, the Mecca of wine traditions with its world-famous chateaux, between Bordeaux (30 minutes by car from the center) and the Bassin d'Arcachon (30 minutes from Andernos, 40 minutes from Arcachon and the Dune du Pyla), 20 minutes from the airport of Mérignac and 7 minutes from the train station of Gazinet-Cestas.

Transportation:
- You can park directly on the private parking of the house (4 cars).
- The St Jean train station, Bordeaux is 5 km away.
- The tramway is 10 km away.
- Bordeaux airport is 13.5 km away.
