Regardless of the time of year, the views are captivating, from the Living Room, Sunroom, and the spacious deck. Sleeps 6; 1 Bedroom with queen size bed, 1 Bath with walk in shower, Kitchen, Living Room with pull out sofa, Spacious Sun Room with pull out sofa, Large open deck, with private pier. Ground level deck at entrance. Queen size bed in bedroom and two queen size pull out sofa's. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, appliances (coffee pot, slow cooker, toaster, blender, mixer, microwave). Dining table in the spacious sun room with an abundance of windows to view Tangier Sound. Enjoy fishing and crabbing directly off the pier and enjoy drinks and dinner on the spacious open deck. 2 miles from public boat ramp and public beach....so bring your boat, kayak, and or canoe.

Be sure to bring your food and drinks as there is currently no stores on the island. You are about a 15 minute drive to Princess Anne, where you will find a grocery store, liquor store, and convenience stores.

The property is sprayed weekly, during the spring/summer, by the county for flies/mosquitos/gnats.
